    Amazing camera for the price. Small and compact not heavy. Good stabilization and good photo quality. Video looks amazing

    Battery life just isn’t up to par

    Unfortunately, the battery is just too weak to record longform live events. The picture quality is solid but since it’s video centric, it needs to have a video oriented battery that doesn’t die so soon.

      While it's disappointing to hear that the battery drains relatively quickly, we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. One possible solution is carrying spare batteries or investing in an external battery pack could provide extra power for extended shooting sessions. You can also set the Auto Power Temp Settings of the camera to High.

    It does good but needs an AI chip. Sometimes it has issues with focus and automatic settings.

    Good camera for beginners willing to learn

    Very good camera with a lot of potential. I got this camera as a beginner to videography but i’ve learned a lot with the camera. The lense it comes with is standard but not very good for zooming in. Charges with USB-C and screen flips in almost any orientation.

    Bought Camera for VideoBlogging

    Debated between ZV-1 and this ZV-E10. Had read many pros and cons of both, but in the end we are happy with our choice. Watched a few YouTube tutorials on the camera and we continually find new ways to use it. Great for Video Blogging!

    This camera has been collecting dust for about a year, I found it very hard to navigate for what I needed it for. Maybe just user error or me not taking the time to learn, but I read many reviews that it was basically a ready to use camera for vlogging.

    Really disappointed

    I feel so disappointed and so sad with the costumer service that I recibe. I’m still dint have my camera. I try to go to a physic store for the camera (I when to 3) in one that I ask the details and aspect, and the guy literally just read me the card in front of me, then in the store I ask for where I can find it because they didn’t haven’t stock then they send me to another one so far away and when I arrived they didn’t have it. At the end I just decide to trust to buy it and get it in 3 days, I I swear that was the worst decision because me as a tourist I don’t have so much time to lose, and I need to go back to my country, I buy this camera with a lot of effort, and I was so happy because everyone know that United States and Best Buy have the best responses to the costumer, the best products and the best stores for technology. But now I don’t know what did I do to recibe that treatment, I don’t recibe the camera I bought on January 1, I call fedex they told me the package is lost , so I need to call Best Buy and you guys told me we’ll do the investigations then you never contact me so I call again and I told you what happened with that. You guys told me that you still didn’t do investigation so I was in a Best Buy store the girl for the information point told me that she couldn’t do nothing more than offer me the same camera, but I need to pay it there and she didn’t help me with more information so I decide to call again and I ask for the shipment payment and you guys told me will be for a check and it will be three days for the check arrive to my apartment so I was waiting for you to contact me. You never do it then I need to call again on you guys told me that it still was working on my process so I decide to ask if there is another way to have the camera if I could pick up, you guys told me I can do that but you need the improvement so now I need to change my flight for my country to can’t wait for the day you told me to go to pick up and you give me the store so far away anyways I will go to pick up but I just want to give my experience review because I really feel so alone in the process I was the one that need to call the one that contact and remember to contact me and the process was so slow. The camera just not cost me 800, cost me a lot of stress, cost me the change for my flight, cost me extra gas. So I really hope this never happen again to me I’m not sure if I think the same of Best Buy than when I arrive

I would recommend to call the retailer before hand and make them confirm the unit is in stock. As a customer myself I would definitely be frustrated. Also very frustrating when you find out the unit is lost via FEDEX. We hope that this will never happen again to you.     Decent but iPhone is better, for the price it cost I feel like it should be better but I felt let down when doing short format videos and getting not as clear of a picture as I would with my iPhone
