    Needs to be pulled off market

    Overheats and shuts down after one hour of filming. Audio quality was distorted and ruined my all of my concert footage. Not sure why this is on the market. I saw a similar review after my purchase. It also powers off quickly while in photo mode. So basically all the features are worthless. I chose this camera for the smaller size. Nice to know that the positive YouTube reviews are all fake!

    Will not turn on or charge

    I bought this camera April 2024 and Ive only used this camera a handful of times maybe 10 times max never dropped..nothing has ever physically has happened to this camera for it to not turn on. Its been stored in my camera case and I tried taking it out for a photoshoot and it will not turn on. I tried changing the battery's, and charging it with the cable it came with and still nothing. I took it to two best buy stores and they said its not covered under warranty and will not fix it, they dont even offer services for me to pay to have it fixed. The manufacture wants me to pay $400 to ship it in for a base repair charge. I just wasted $850, I cant believe no one will help me with this. Such a shame, I spent thousands of dollars this past year with best buy. I am so sad right now.

    This is my first camera with a detachable lens so I know there is much more to learn. There are an infinite amount of online reviews to be read online and watched on YouTube

    It is a good starter camera for those who like to vlog. A new lens may be needed as it is a bit close to the face. It lags during the night so its good for daytime use or places with light.

    Excellent open box was DOA

    Bought as an "Excellent - open box" camera and it was DOA. Wouldn't charge and obviously did not turn on. Thought it was worth taking a chance, but with having to drive to the store for the return. Scared me off bothering with returned items being resold at BestBuy.com. Had it been available open box locally. In person store purchase might have been option with being able to test the camera first. But, buying online and somehow receiving a broken camera that never got checked and resold. Too many possible issues to try again. Ultimately found another seller with stock and got it new for similar money. FYI, this was when this model was a little harder to find in stock. The ZV-E10 itself is great, but my review above is for the camera i received open box on bestbuy.com.
