    built to last and quality is sensational. as a rookie it is hard to learn how to use the camera but certainly not as hard as other cameras. best begginer camera

    THe camera is GOOD! but I'm still so confused on how to use it. I wish it was a little easier as far as ease to use... but once I learn I know theres a ton I can do with it. THat is why it's 4 stars instead of 5.

    I had high expectations to use it as a easy go and carry camera but its auto focus were bad. Hopefully it could be a melon but the screen was hard ti see and the pics were out off focus. So much for sonys AF that was hoping foe but didnt get on this camer.

    Camera is great but I bought it brand new, the box was not sealed. The lens came already attached to the camera and no cap.

    The camera functionally was nice I returned it only because it was too small in my hand. When I went to the store they wouldn’t unlock it for me to get a proper feel. If I had smaller hands it would be 5 stars

    OPEN BOX "EXCELLENT" IS A LIE Bad Customer Service

    The item arrived to me missing all the accessories and when I called BestBuy Customer Service I was not helped at all. No replacement was offerd, Nor was there a discount or Gift card given to me for my troubles. Now I have to go on a mission to get my money back. I spoke to a Supervisor over the phone called SANDEEP and he just made it worst buy telling me the opposite of what the listing says online when i purchased it. Again No discount or replacement was offer just told me to go on the mission to return . So how many weeks am I out $700. Oh that's right almost 1 months and guess what it cost me money in interest now to have a camera that is not even in my possession or that i can use.

    It was a open box but they didnt disclose the lens was cracked so had to return and but new which is fine. Overall good camera. Interchangeable lens

    $120.00 restocking fee if you even open the box.

    Jokes on me. $120.00 restocking fee on returning this camera to Best Buy. The guy said I only had to pay $105.00 because I got a discount on the restocking fee. So I got a discount on taking it up the.... Gee thanks. Only $105.00. Should I say thanks and be happy. 15% restocking fee on items. That's insane. I will never shop there again. Camera doesn't tolerate 3rd party lenses. What's the point. Only the kit lens can be used with an interchangeable lens camera. Sorry Sony that I had the audacity to actually buy great lenses that are half the price because that's what people do. Why pay more than double. Hey look, 90% of the people using this camera are beginners. I don't think they want to dish out $800 more dollars to get a wide enough SONY lens. Tried the Laowa 9mm and the Rokinon 12mm. Both had issues over sharpening. Both had the same issue. What are the chances it's both lenses. Thus, the electronic connections don't work correctly on those two lenses with the Sony camera. Contacted Sony. They can't guarantee that 3rd party lenses will work. They certainly didn't in my case. Wow. I will stick with my Canons. I should have known. No issues whatsoever, ever, with the Canons. They may only record for 30 minutes but compared to all this insanity I'll take it.

    Camera build quality is worse. One of the button was not clicky at some point and it worked by itself again. Wont recommend.

    Never buying open box again

    When i opened the box there was a dirty paper towel inside and everything was just loose. Everything har fingerprint smudges and looked heavily used. There were 2 purchase stickers on top of eachother months apart so it was already returned at least twice, even though it was sold to me as being in “excellent condition. I had to open the box and clean it off and repackage it before giving it to my wife as a present which made me feel awful.
