Purchased brand new camera, but received an used camera with missing parts. There's no sealing sticker on the outside of the box, and finger prints all over the places on the camera itself. Also, the power adapter and the USB Type-C cable are missing. Terrible experience ever..

I really enjoyed the Sony v7 camera but was disappointed by how the lens had a malfunction within the first week which made me return it.

Neighbor stole the package, Best Buy offered to replace it; then canceled the replacement with no reason as to why, now I have no camera, no replacement or refund

I recently upgraded from the Sony ZV-1F to the Sony ZV-E10 and it is the best move ever! I owed the ZV-1F for about 9 months before upgrading and it was the perfect camera for a beginner getting into photography and videography. As time went on, I knew that I needed to get a better camera in order to grow my skills and when the ZV-E10 went on sale for black friday, I couldn't pass up the deal since that camera was on my wishlist! At this point, I've owned the ZV-E10 for about a week now, and the camera is perfect! The 16-50mm kit lens is amazing for what it is and the photos/videos that are taken with it comes out looking very beautiful and cinematic. Since I am still a beginner at this camera setting, I just set everything to automatic, which still does a great job! The photos and videos are still amazing and I can't over the fact that the AF and bokeh looks so good in the photos/videos (the AF is also pretty fast)! The microphone captures good audio and it does a great job for what it is - even for vlogging. Although, I would definitly say to invest in a good microphone if you're looking for something that will capture the fullness of your voice. Somethings that I don't really like about the camera are: the batteries and the touchscreen functionality. The battery drains pretty fast if you have the camera up and running. You will DEFINITELY need extra batteries for this but amazon has some good bundle deals for this! As for the touchscreen functionality, there is ONLY touch to track or touch to focus, no other functions than that. As I mentioned, I came from the ZV-1F, where the whole screen has touchscreen functionality. I was pretty sad to find that out since I was so used to the ZV-1F's screen. My final thoughts on the Sony EV-E10 is that it is an amazing camera for what it will give you. Although, it is more on the advance side since the settings can be a little hard to understand from a beginner, it is still a good camera to LEARN and GROW your skills from. The lens are something that can always be switched out so you don't always need to use the 16-50mm kit lens (but know that lens do get expensive if you are looking to upgrade). I do not regret my decision of buying this camera and I am very happy with it!

Very disappointed with the quality of the pictures.

It was not functioning as a reputation, and When I return I did not know they will deduct some amount then will return, for cameras, camera lenses.

I thought this will be a better quality, i didn’t like it at all, maybe i will try it with another lens maybe there is the iSsue

Nice new entry into Sony's line of cameras. Great video up to 4k with a lot of options geared especially for vloggers but also great for any user. Also really good for still photos. Good sound for video with the built in mike but you can add an external one if you prefer. Has adjustable sound level and even shows level meters on the display (you can switch them off if you don't want to see them). Or you can just leave them on their auto setting. You can customize the functions of 5 of the external buttons for options you use a lot but the built in functions work well for most users. Has a ton of options if you really want to tweak everything or you can just use the defaults which include a lot of auto adjustment right out of the box. Makes it easy for beginners but also versatile for more advanced users. Changeable lens gives you even more options. Requires a sd card so add that expense if you don't already have one. Works great with the vlogger kit (sold separately) which includes a small tripod/handle/bluetooth remote and 64Gb sd card. I like the size, small but not too small, feels comfortable in my hands. Smaller cameras feel a bit awkward to me. Also a smaller display would be harder to read. This one is just right. I was very hesitant to buy because of my experience with the sony zv1f. I am glad I returned my zv1f for this zv e10. Way better in low light, people actually look themselves/normal on the footage. I have the kit lens 16-50mm and I used my 50 & 85 mm 1.8 full frame prime sony lens and its smooth like butter. When using full frame lens it is automatically zoomed in. (the 50mm seemed like a 85mm and the 85mm seemed like 135mm). Also, the auto focus be autofocusing. Only issues I've noticed so far, is the rolling shutter while walking or moving around and when using 4k the battery dies down fast. I've only tested indoors in low light setting, I'll be testing it outdoors in daylight, (if its good in low light then it will be good in daylight).. I personally just like testing low light situations first. If I come across any other issues I will definitely update my review.

The camera is easy to use. Quality is great. Transferring images from the camera to your phone is easy, but videos will take longer.

After having this camera for about a week I have extensively tested its functionality and put it through its paces. First off, I have other Sony E Mount lenses which helped to enhance my testing and review of this camera. Let me start off with this statement. This camera is a game changer for the vlogger. First off, having a camera primarily focused on video and including the ability for interchangeable lenses bridges the gap between an all in one vlog camera, and a prosumer production camera. This camera when using it to vlog has a nicely sized display which has a very crisp clarity to see yourself as a confidence monitor. The ability to add a wireless handheld remote/tripod/monopod which controls zoom, record, and a few other things is ideal for those who love using the electronic zoom kit lens. Even with a prime or manual zoom lens I found myself still using the monopod. Let’s talk stabilization. The cameras ability to remove handheld shakes and the vibration from walking is impressive. I didn’t find much artifacting when using the kit lens or wide angle lenses. However once you attach let’s say a 70-300mm that’s where you’ll start to see it struggle at full zoom. However, if you’re using a zoom lens at that length handheld, you really should be using a tripod unless capturing stills. When using a telephoto zoom lens and a fast panning of left to right I expected to see slight tearing with this grade of camera, however, impressively there was none and the camera kept up with the demanding shot style. Using the product showcase mode and getting that easy bokeh effect and quick focus was such a hit. No matter what I did, or the size of the object the camera kept up with me. The battery life was as advertised and not far off expectancies based upon heat and environment. Audio wise I expected tinny and lots of mids and highs, I was wrong. This on board camera actually was able to capture lower frequencies than I expected and the wind cancellation was also very nice. I tested lots of shots at my nearby airport on a windy day and the camera was able to decipher the difference between wind, and a turbine engine prop spinning. The stereo pickup was quite accurate as well. The ability to use as a USB camera for streaming was awesome too! The simple way to wrap up this review: If you’re looking for a good started vlog camera with high quality video, fast frame rates, high resolution, nice audio, and the ability to upgrade, look no further.

The Sony ZV-E10 Bang is the best for Your Buck on the market. With 24.1 megapixels its great for taking stills, especially with the unlimited lens options. The video is subperb, particularly with a great gimbal like the Crane M3. Lastly, its an outstanding camera for live streaming. You cant go wrong with this one! Highly Recommended!

The colors on the camera are really nice. The quality is amazing compared to the canon m50 i came from. East to use. The only issue i have from time to time is the camera often says " lens not recognized" and I have to take it off and reattach it.

I loved it, and yes I camera still of it is pretty good and easy to use and feel great practicing with this camera.

The Sony Zve-10 is a powerful small camera that has great quality. It is great for me as I am a beginner in videography but has the right features for me to use for a long time and for various needs.
