It's perfect for not having a bright night light or other illuminated clock in your room. The white noise sounds are nice and the USB port for charging is icing on the cake. We love this thing!

Gradually increasing alarm volume is well thought out and executed. Overall, a great value for a product that, in most other models, have a design and operation that comes off as clunky, impractical and frustrating
