I have two of these. Alarm or radio for two separate times. Dimming display three levels and off. Projector time for ceiling or wall rotates. I've tried others. This is the best.

This clock radio does what it is supposed to do. It is much easier to set up than other clock radios I tried. You don't have to reset the alarms every day if you press the alarm reset button (which turns off the alarm after it goes off). It's smaller than I expected and doesn't take up too much space.

Works great and easy to use. Small footprint and looks great on the night stand. Only negative is the time projector automatically turns off after 12 hours or so. Would like to be able to leave it on indefinitely so I am not always having to push the button to turn it on each night. I know, not a big deal but should have a on/off/timer type setting for those that wish to leave it on. Otherwise very nice alarm clock that I would recommend.

The directions to use this are very clear and the sound quality is good.

Christmas gift for my oldest son , he is not very picky but did tell me he wanted a nature sound alarm clock = D , the plus for me was it had USB charging outlets ! I am SO Happy he called to tell Me it was Freaking awesome & that he was Actually reading the Directions !!!! This Mom did good = D !!!

I love my Sony alarm clock with swivel projection. I wanted something that projected the time on ceiling so my husband & I didn’t have to roll over and lift up to see what time it was. The usb plug comes in handy also for charging my phone over night! It is a small clock so it doesn’t take up to much room on my nightstand! If you are looking for projection features & a small foot print this is the clock for you. Oh & the radio & nature sounds are great also!

The projection of time feature is such a wonderful addition to my nights, esp. when I wake, sleep and wake again. This clock has a lot of features I may not use (nature sounds for white noise) but it also has everything I will use. And the price at Best Buy was the best around for this item.

I bought this specifically because it has the projected LED time and I need to have it projected on the ceiling so I could see the time at a glance when I woke up. The projected numerals are very crisp and clear (red LED's) on the ceiling Here is my only issue with this clock radio: the LED projected read-out stays on for 16 hours, which means you have to push the button before you go to bed to turn it on. What? They make me PUSH A BUTTON -- life is really hard, but I like this clock radio anyway. It is cute, like an old Nintendo Game Cube and also plays radio stations. Oh yeah, and it has a USB port to charge your phone while you sleep to the white noise sound of your choice.

My old clock radio had TERRIBLE reception. Neither the am of fm worked! It was hard to set the time. I had to use the instructions every time! This clock/radio is AWESOME!! I can listen to am and fm. Its easy to change stations. Its easy to set up. Its easy to see am and pm. The time sets itself. I am SO happy. I did everything without using the instructions the first time!

purchasing for a friend who wanted a clock/radio for her kitchen. Very few models had a button that allowed you just to hit "radio" and have it come on. Most are designed to serve as a wakeup device so you have to program the time for them to come on. This seems to work well. She isn't listening to "fine music" but just something for her to dance with her young nephew. Since most people have this radio next to their head to hear the wake-up radio, I'm not sure how great the sound is when placed on a counter in a kitchen or on top of a refrigerator. She wanted something "simple" and this is one of the few that is "simple".

Not sure why there are so few clock radios these days. Guess many use their phone as an alarm. But phones don't have a display you can see in the middle of the night. And this display has three levels of brightness, most have only two or one. Battery backup too 4 stars instead of 5 only because it is pricey compared to house brands or cheap imitations. But it is a Sony and you get what you pay for, 4 1/2 stars!

This clock is great, being able to change the brightness is a must and it works perfectly. The only con, for an alarm clock the actual sound for the alarm is not as strong as it should be

This was an easy to use alarm clock that did just what it said it would on the box. Although it isn't all that big, I was shopping for one to fit a certain space....it didn't make the cut.

I love that this alarm clock has everything I wanted. The projection is crystal clear, there are 6 different nature sounds and it is nice and compact.

Good: It works (unlike the two other brands I bought); dual alarm; soft alarm start. Numbers are large enough; easy to see and not overly bright. Would prefer better: Alarm is too soft at it's loudest; various controls have small, identical buttons which are not intuitively designed or placed. The "Automatic DST Adjustment" description is misleading, as the clock is not a radio controlled atomic clock. It is factory set; useful only if the backup battery is still live. Bad: The backup battery was depleted and I had to buy a new one and set the clock. Need a flashlight and reading glasses to see controls. Controls on top have light grey labels on white and are very hard to see. That makes it hard to set when one hand is holding a flashlight. Controls on back have indented white-on-white labels and are nearly impossible to see. Radio has analog tuning and is difficult to tune. No reason not to have digital tuning. Context: This is my third recent alarm clock purchase in the $20 - $30 range. I bought an Emerson with excellent features, but the LEDs stopped working within a few weeks. "Warranty" service requires shipping plus a $10 fee. Next I bought a Philips, and the alarm could not be set, as the buttons did not respond. This Sony is far from an ideal product, but it appears to be quality construction.

Love this clock, don't have to sit up to see time, just look at the ceiling. Very handy when waking up in the middle of the night. Also has 5 different nature sounds that can be played at bed time as a calming effect, to take away stressful thoughts and makes it easier to fall asleep.

I really like the natural sound options and the fact that it projects the time on the ceiling. The time dims and is easy to use.

This is a very nice radio alarm clock. Good sound, easy to use, three levels of brightness for the display, and cute cube shape. It also has two alarm settings as well.

This alarm is exactly as described, great display, lots of alarm functionality. The time projector is cool for a short amount of time, but otherwise not needed. One of my favorite features is the usb port which allows for charging, which is perfect for attaching my iPhone to before bed.
