I purchased this clock because I needed a clock on my bedside table. My previous Sony alarm clock lasted a very long time, so I decided on this model. I don't use the alarm function - I only needed a clock that I could see without my glasses on. I like that the display can be dimmed.

Did you ever need the right tool for the job. This little alarm clock is it. Just perfect for what you need.

This product is average. It seems like there are no good alarm clocks anymore since phones double as alarms. I need two alarms to wake me in case I shut one off. The beep on this thing is too quiet, but the radio does the job, even when static at times.

Alarm clocks are getting hard to find. This one is perfect for anyone looking for a good clock.

The dual alarm feature is awesome and allows us to get up at two different times without resetting the alarm!

I purchase it for my 92 year old mother. It is accessible to her since she is bed ridden. But has a nice sound and not hard for her to operate.

I bought this clock because I had a very old one. I'm so glad I did because I love the projector part of it. I don't have to turn my head to look and see what time it is. I just look up at the ceiling and there's the time. I also love that I can charge my phone and Fitbit through it.

Finally I found a clock radio that isn't too bright and is user friendly.

Looks good in my son's room. Nice features. My only complaint is when you change radio stations there isn't a readout of where you are on the dial.

I purchased this clock radio to replace another brand that malfunctioned twice. I use it on my night table next to my bed. This is a decent unit and works well, but the controls are difficult to use. The dial to change the stations is the old styled, analog turn wheel. This makes it difficult to locate the desired station while laying in bed in the dark. I would prefer a digital operation. I tried to get accustomed to it but give up and returned it. For an office desk or other application it would be good

I wanted a better solution than a bright clock or waking up a phone/tablet to see the time at night and this did it! The unit itself is of classic Sony design with a clean aesthetic that isn't too shy to add buttons where needed. Let's cut to the chase - this is not a wifi/BlueTooth "smart" clock. It has a radio (yeah look it up) that I've never used. The primary use is the swiveling projector that can display the time on a nearby ceiling or wall. A simple adjustment of focus (or angle - it can be flipped all the way around in 90-degree increments) and now you've got a large, visible clock (in red, which won't screw up your night vision or circadian rhythm) on your ceiling or wall! My wife needs corrective lenses so "normal" alarm clocks weren't big enough (or too bright) and tablet/phone required rolling over or finding it then waking it (too bright - too much activity to try and stay asleep). This solution knocked it out of the park! It's simple, but works great - and sometimes, that's enough!

Purchased as a replacement for an older radio that did not get stations clearly. Good option.

Excellent dual alarm function. Two independent alarms that can be set with different volume levels and also for weekday and weekend settings. Also the projection feature for wall are ceiling viewing is a bonus option.

Excellent. Projects time on ceiling. Sound machine options are really good. You cannot detect a loop seam. Our fourth one of these for around the house and travel. Alarm never glitches

The radio was good for the price, but it had poor reception where I wanted to use it in the home. The speaker sound average. I replaced it with a more expensive Sony radio, which solved the problem.

This clock radio came in handy when my power went out from storm. Was able to use batteries.

We love this clock. My main purpose was to find a clock easy to use, projects on screen easily with adjustable brightness. With noise for sleep. This one is the best! Now I buy them for each room and as gifts!

Needed a new dual alarm clock and wanted auto set, battery back up. It even has USB plug for charging my cell.
