The only drawback is you must turn on the projection option with each use. In my case nightly. I would prefer it to be automatic with the ability to turn it off when necessary.

Sound quality and reception are good for a radio this size. Overall this is a good value for a product-type (dual alarms, no IPod dock, a simple device with limited "features") that has limited choices.
