Can't compare to the Dream Machine

The internal antenna is unable to pick up most stations without static. Wish my 20 year old Sony Dream Machine hadn't died. This unit is nothing special.

Not very user friendly

Would have preferred the alarm switches to be somewhat raised, so as to turn on and off easier. Also being far-sighted, the very small lettering, requires using glasses to set. Not really user friendly to some.

Works fine for local stations

However it works fine for local stations. The on-off button actually requires the user to press 2 buttons, the on-off button and also a reset button. I haven't used the alarm.
