Similar to other reviews, this unit will freeze up and be inoperable. There was a "fix" for this issue where you hold certain keys down with no battery while plugging the unit in, etc., etc., which worked the first 3 times it broke. This "fix" no longer works. I am very dissatisfied with this product and hope that their customer support team will assist customers with this obvious design flaw and offer free replacement and/or upgrade. I will advise if I hear further. In the meantime, DO NOT PURCHASE!
