It first set itself forward an hour in June, causing my alarm to go off early. I turned off the DST feature to avoid future issues, but it set itself back an hour on New Years eve!!!, causing me to be late for work & lose out on over $300 in holiday overtime!!!

Lasted less than a month

We did not use it for music and purchased mainly for its ability to charge devices. After less than a month the keys would not work. Not able to set alarm, change time or any other function. Unplugged several times and took out battery only to have it blink at 12:00. Returning in hopes we can get a credit toward something that is hopefully more reliable. In today's tech age this was not an overly expensive purchase but a waste of money and time is a waste nonetheless.

My account was credited in full. REASONS for the return: (1) Low quality sound/speakers; (2) Buttons for managing the device were placed in inconvenient locations. (3) Cheaply made...in China.

Posted .Hi MrLee, we can set the time on the clock radio. Follow the steps below.
1. Press and hold the TIME button or CLOCK button for more than 2 seconds, until the hour flashes in the display.
2. Press the + button or the - button to select the date and/or time as required, then press the TIME button or the CLOCK button.
3. Repeat step number two to set remaining date and/or time attributes.

I have never written a review before but this is the worst product i have ever purchased bar none. This is the second one i have owned. The first one i had none of the buttons worked from the first time i plugged it in. The second one the buttons stopped working two weeks in then the rain noise feature would turn on randomly. I would have to unplug it to make it stop. over and over.

I decided to give it a few hours. Nope. I didn't want to return the clock over a dead battery. "I SHOULD HAVE". After weeks of forgetting to buy a new battery, I finally bought one. I swapped the battery out, and surprise. THE LOW BATTERY ICON IS STILL DISPLAYED! I should have just returned it in the first place. Now I'm past return period.

The alarm volume starts at 12 and slowly increases with time. The problem is that by the time it gets loud enough for a hearing impaired person to hear it, I would be an hour late for work. Unable to move the volume up, it defaults back to 12. Bad construction on Sony's part.
