Before i buy the item, 9 month later this item damage, first blocked the volume bottom before blocked all clock, i never can use again, i am going the change the product but in best buy say me this product can't change by another clock , why i can pay the aditional waranty

Stopped working after 1st night then wouldn't keep time and continues to flash

I WAS TOLD MY SALESMAN THAT RADIO WOULD INCLUDE A WIREI THAT WOULD SERVE AS AN ATENNA. I SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT THE SAME DAY. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE WITHOUT OPENING THE BOX AND SEE IF IT HAS IN IT WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD.I LOVE THE FOUR TVS PURCHASED FROM YOU.

I was asked to review ....the sound sounded like you were inside of a closet with your ears stuffed with Cotton. So I returned it!

Upon opening the box I went directly to the clock to set it up. When, after 10 minutes of struggle I discovered that the set up was not intuitive, I read the direction and discovered that the projection still didn't work. Returning for refund.

Very dissatisfied with the product. The only things that works yet is the phone charger and clock. The ceiling display, radio, alarms and nature sounds do not works after only two months.

This clock is not only hard to set but has to be reset about once a month since it picks up about a minute every month.

Purchased as a gift. As soon as a device was plugged into the USB charging port the clock threw and error code and would not recover using Sony’s guidelines. Returned.

The clock doesn't keep time correctly. It's near impossible to get it to the correct time. Very hard to read the programing buttons. Black on black. I only use it as a radio

I thought reviews were exaggerated but should have believed them. I have this clock radio in Florida and love it. Bought it in NY and just like other reviewers said, none of the buttons worked. Could not even tune anythin on.

Not worth the money. The radio tunning dial is worse than dials found on toys. I lost my receipt so returning is not possible, I guess.

Tics all of the boxes. Great design, not cheap feeling like some electronic devices out there, very nice ceiling display...not too bright or dim. This unit has sound effects for falling asleep and a USB port for charging my Husband's hearing aids. Just what he wanted and it looks sleep on the bedside table. highly recommend.

Radio is terrible. The price was good but I bought a Sony because of their reputation for sound quality. I'm hugely disappointed. I could have saved a few bucks with an off brand and had the same result.

I bought this for the kitchen but ended up throwing it in the trash because I couldn't get a clear channel to listen too. I bought a old cassette style with retracting antenna that works perfectly!

Very sleek looking but didn't last, I bought this for my son cause he liked the idea of the time projecting on the ceiling, will be returning it as the time projecting on the ceiling doesn't work any more.

I bought this to replace an old, failed unit and am glad I did. It is a nice compact size and the dimmable display is just right for nighttime illumination (I leave it at its lowest all the time). I only use it to wake or listen to a local AM station in the mornings, and I'm especially impressed with the quality of the AM reception -- much better than the one I'd been using for years. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a prominent button for turning the radio on; it's just one in a row of similar buttons, making it a bit hard to turn on "by feel" in the dark.

I didn't like the orange letters. Would prefer a blue or green. Orange, red, and yellow are agitating colors. Not something I want in a calm, restful bedroom.

States "battery pre-installed" so I opened it and found that there was a big hole on the bottom where the battery goes. Radio is old school tuner.... kind of bogus. Spend extra for a better clock.

I was trying to replace my 20 year old Sony clock radio/alarm, but this version is not close to what it used to be. Does not have digital controls and limited in what it can do.
