Compact size which I like. The swivel projection of time is very clear and you can chose the brightness of the projection along with the location.

I like that there are 3 different light settings for the display.

I got one of these radios years ago and fell in love with it, so felt it would be the same. It is a good little box radio. BUT the 'battery' that it uses now is a more expensive battery and the one which came with it was dead. It was already installed at the factory and died before being purchased. They did away with an external antenna and the reception is not as good as the older one. They changed up some of the features and how they worked but did not add the ability to use the speakers to play MP3 through it even though the price was 3 times what I paid for the previous model.

Great clock works well, projection laser is strong and there are 4 diffrent brightness settings would recommend

The alarm has volume options vs. making an annoying sound. And the numbers are large and easy to see in the dark, but you can dim the light for undisturbed sleep as well. Bought one for my husband for Christmas, and went back and bought myself one too! We love it!

Got this for my elderly father. Intuitive set up and easy for him to use. Looks good and quality compared to other alarm clocks at other stores. Best Buy had higher end products.

display is a little bright even at the lowest setting makes a little too much noise when you turn off the alarm (fairly loud click) but good, reliable clock radio with good sound

This is an affordable little alarm clock radio. Perfect if you don't want something flashy or with extra bells and whistles like phone charging etc... The mirrored front is interesting and dresses it up a bit. But all black keeps it plain and simple. Just what I was looking for. I still have my alarm clock radio from 30 years ago, so this will probably last forever too.

I bought this as a simple clock radio for my grandmother. Easy to use. Reliable. Big numbers for her to see. No complaints here.

I like that this clock takes up little space on the nightstand. The orange LED took some getting used to. I wish the length of time for the snooze could be less than 10 minutes.

The clock is great. I love the fact that it projects the time on the wall or ceiling.

Okay, that’s three words. Anyway, does anyone use clock radios now with the advent of smartphones? I suspect not. Full disclosure: I don’t even use the alarm feature on this, I use my smartphone, as I imagine most of us do. But what I do use this for is hands-free time-telling from across the room, or at night, as well as occasionally listening to the radio. Before going to bed, I dim the display to it’s lowest setting and turn on the clock’s projection display. Super-handy to have the time displayed on the ceiling or in your nightstand )without being blinded). Especially when you need to know whether it’s time to get up and get ready for work soon, or if you can go back to sleep without worry. Looks great and doesn’t take up much ‘real estate’ on my nightstand either. In short, do you need this? No. But if you grew up having a clock radio like I did, this is a nice update / upgrade to the genre. And it’s a Sony, so you know it’s decent quality. ‘Two thumbs up’!

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FOR MY WIFE DUE TO HER OLD ONE JUST QUICK WORKING. THIS ONE IS COMPACT, DOESN'T TAKE UP A LOT OF SPACE ON THE NIGHT STAND, AND SHE JUST LOVES IT. MATTER OF FACT, I'M PLANNING ON REPLACING MY CLOCK RADIO IN THE NEAR FUTURE, AND BUY ANOTHER ONE.

Compact, like the date being projected on the ceiling or wall. Radio reception not that good. May be a lack of stations in this 50 mile radius. Nature sounds work well.

Small size digital clock/alarm that is reasonably easy to use. It would have been nice to have a phone charge option, but it works well for what it is.

My wife bought this alarm clock for our teenage son and I liked it so much I bought myself one. Best feature is its ability to show time as a projection on your wall or ceiling. You can choose not to use this feature but why? When the alarms goes off... It's easy to open your eyes and look up to see the time. Especially if you wear glasses all the time except when you sleep. Simply adjust the projection dial to meet your vision needs. What a great concept...

I have been looking for an alarm clock like this for a long time and was happy to see it at Best Buy. The foot print is small, it has battery backup (which is important to me) and very easy to set up. In the beginning there is a little bit of a learning curb setting the alarm but after a few times it gets easier. I like the choice of alarm sounds and the fact that the volume starts out low when the alarm first turns on. I liked it so well that I bought two - one for me and the other for my girlfriend. If you want a good solid alarm clock with all the right features this is the one. I highly recommend it.

We've been pretty happy with this purchase. The projection of time is great at night..no more craning my neck around to try and figure out what time it is. I just look up! It also has some nature sounds to help drown out any snoring. I'm a happy little camper :-)

It's beautiful. I love the projection feature. There are so many options for the 'alarm' such as several nature sound options as well as a radio option. You really need to read the directions though as it takes some knowledge for set up

liek the look of the glass display. Has all the bells and whistles you need at a low price. Don't drop it as it doesn't work. The radio button is a bit small to find.
