I was looking for a sleek and functional alarm clock and this item has it all. It has a very contemporary look and easy to set up (consider this from a non tech savvy person). I particularly like the fact that the time projects so either myself or my husband can check the time in the middle of the night. It can be also used as a white noise machine. I really don't use the AM but FM works pretty well although I don't use it that much. All in all, is a good buy.

This clock is sturdy and easy to see and use. We like having the choice of what we want to hear when waking up in the morning. We also like going to sleep with the sound of the ocean.

The Clock Radio produces good sound and volume for it's small size. The automatic clock synchronizing is also nice feature, just have to enter time zone and it displays correct time.

The Sony brand has always been a draw for me as it has been a good made easy to use products. This clock continues that.

I love this alarm. I wanted a smaller alarm to take up less space and to have a better light adjuster. The buttons are smaller and it has taken a period of adjustment, but I love it.

Nice minimalist design with well lit display. Includes dual alarms. Comes from the factory with the time preset, even including DST. Took all of a minute to plug in and set up. Pretty much as close as you can get to true plug-and-play. Nice price, too. Only had it a month so can't vouch for its reliability over time. But Sony is a respected name, and all the other electronics I've ever had from them have been winners. I highly recommend this alarm clock.

I have an older version and I like the cube style. This was a Christmas gift for a daughter who wanted to be able to see the time projected on the ceiling. We have not used the other features but are nice.

The sound on the radio is a bit tin sounding. The brightness switch on the time allowed us to turn off the night light.

Has dual alarms. Easy to read numbers. Radio is a bit weak pulling in stations. Buttons are spaced on four sides, making it a bit difficult to identify which button does what. Clock came preset and keeps excellent time.

This was a third replacement clock radio, after a couple of forays into cheap clocks, and it has performed very well. The ability to display time on a wall or ceiling is handy - one of those features you don't appreciate until you have it. This device is super simple to operate, so much so that it took me a while to get used to the absence of a lot of controls. Short story is that I have no complaints and I really like the compact design.

This is a very nice alarm clock at a great price. Does not look cheap like the other alarm clocks in this price range.

Good little product. Good size, and the battery backup has proven to be the best part. For the price, I would recommend.

Second cube am-fm dual alarm clock radio purchased. 1st was broken duing major home remodel. Works well & consistently. Fits pefectly between legs of lamp on bedside table. Great valur for the$$

The projection and the nature sounds make this a really cool clock for the kids' rooms. I bought one for my teen and one for myself, but my younger child loved it so I gave it to him. Works great!

Great alarm clock! Picked this up to replace my 30+ year old Sony clock that finally stopped working. Love the external display that shines the time on the wall. Hope it last as long as my last Sony!

I researched many projection clock radios before deciding on the Sony ICFC1PJ. Although this unit was one of the more expensive that I found, it was definitely worth the price. Most projection clock radios require that you set the time separately for the projector and the clock itself. Not this one. It was easy to configure and has many nice features such as dual alarms for weekdays and weekends and a snooze button which allows you to set a custom snooze time. The buttons are a bit small but considering the compact size of the device it's understandable.

Love that I can set two different alarm times and just select which one I want to use. I get up earlier during the week and later on the weekends and hated having to always change the alarm time.
