Great for intellectual disabled individuals

Perfect for my intellectual disabled daughter who can’t seem to keep regular ear buds in and can not take the weight and bulky feeling of others.

Perfect for work out...

They won't fall down, the only thing would be, take care of the piece that attaches to your t-shirt. It could be loose and end up losing that small piece. Otherwise no problem at all.
