My concern with buying headphones is if they fall out due to physical activity. I run a lot and was very happy with this design since they do stay in the ear! I have had this product for 1.5 months and am very pleased!

I feel these would fit larger size ear shapes over smaller ones.

If you're really into exercising, especially jogging, these over-the-ear headphones are a great choice, as they'll stay in place and not have the audio quality suffer. A very solid set of headphones.
