decent for excercise not for helmets

They flip over and have no memory, so you have to adjust them every time. The in ear cushions variety that comes do not fit my ears. It's frustrating trying to find something that fits my ear, blocks ambient sound, is usable for exercise, and that is wired. I have a pair of bluetooth Altec Lansing ear buds that work great, but trying to find a wired, non-bluetooth similar item is frustrating.

Perfect for workouts
