I like the sony better than the after market brands. Tried the after market and felt like the fit was off a bit and now all my batteries match up. Extra batteries are really good to have as the camera goes through batteries. Mirrorless cameras view finders are on the whole time the camera is on dslr uses a mirror so longer battery life on a dslr like canon but I love the mirrorless sony cameras more value for the money and I think they are future of digital cameras.

Sony trying to get more money from its consumers, and its quite tacky in my opinion.

This was alarming because I was preparing for a shoot in less than 24hrs. I used this to charge my old battery while I set up for the shoot. It is so efficient and I love that it is travel size.
