We looked around quite a bit trying to find a player without all of the bells and whistles. That doesn't seem to exist but this comes close. Solid player at a good price.

This blue ray player. Has exceeded my expectations. It far supercedes the previous blue ray players I have had. Easy to use and I only have 2 remotes to work with compared to the five remotes I needed in the past.

Decent blue ray player. This is a direct connect to router, so no lag time in streaming. I haven't played with all the apps yet, but so far no issues. Only thing is I can never tell if its on or off (no indicator light).

This has an easy-to-read screen. It's compact and starts up super quick. I have an older sony blu ray and it takes over a minute to even respond and open the door. Not this one. Great player for a great price.

Great bluray player. Very small and light weight. Only problem I had was that there is no front display. I know this is nit picking but it's a good bluray player

I read the reviews for this product and after purchasing I see why it got positive reviews. All I need it for is to play dvd's and blue ray discs and it does both very well. It is very quiet and efficient

I bought this blue ray player for my daughter and after ordering my new TV decided to go with the same player. If you want a basic blue ray that loads up fast and is reliable then this is the one for you.

This DVD player is small, light, and plugs right in anywhere you may have an issue with space. The unit also seems to have an auto shutoff feature, which is handy, saves electricity and does not run so hot.

I can stream and watch my DVDs. Makes my regular tv into a smart tv. Can be hard wired or used on WiFi. Easy to setup.

this is a great and cheap Blue Ray / DVD player than can have apps installed and will stream content. The latter is only available if you can connect the device to your network via a wired Ethernet connection.

Product works great! Needs Ethernet connection as it doesn't have Wi-Fi capabilities, which for me was no issue. Picture quality is fine and I haven't had any issues. Was told it was same as newer model besides Wi-Fi at store but it does not have screen mirroring which is unfortunate, but okay considering price. All in all it is great purchase especially since it handles scratched dvds very well, but if it had other features that you get for $20 more I would of given it 5 stars.

I bought the original sony bluray player as soon as they came out many years ago. I paid $400 for that one and this little thing was only 10% as much (open box). Great player that loads the movies fast!!

Enjoyed that when the power kicked off on the tv it also kicked off on the BluRay player. my only dislike is that with all the apps it didn't have wifi. i would recommend if you have access to internet @ your box.

This Blu ray player does.not.come with WiFi. But for someone who is just looking to watch movies on it and does not care about smart functions. This Blu ray player is great. Easy to set up and use.

Was looking for a Blu Ray player, since ( my then) non- Sony brand had stopped playing Blu Rays. Had always been impressed by Sony. Played Blu Rays and DVDs----- for 10 days. I got a black screen. Read the reviews and found 1 review this had happened to. Went on Sony's site troubleshooter- tried following their instructions= no luck. Figured I got the one bad player that gets returned and resold and returned and so on..... but this really questioned my faith in Sony products. Exchanged it ( very easy) bought a dedicated DVD player. No problems since. Lesson- don't trust the upscaling feature in Blu Ray players or they'll only be ( relatively) expensive DVD players. Sony has maintained a little faith in me.

The best part about this player is its size. It is no larger than it needs to be. Great features and apps however if you have a smart tv they are a bit of a waste.

Really easy to use, great picture quality. Comes with remote, takes up very little space & easy to hook up.

Since we bought this we have been watching more movies and we love the clarity and the colors. I would recommend this product. Its very easy to use.

I love the small footprint on this! I bought it for my RV and it fits into the available space with plenty to spare- just gained more storage for other things - remotes, DVD cases, etc... Very pleased!

Purchased this to replace an older DVD Player. If you already have Internet hard wired throughout your house, this is perfect. Plugged in CAT 5 cable, HDMI cable, and power and we were good to go.
