I didn't read the box closely enough. Took it back and bought the wifi version. Less wiring. Just a few dollars more.

When I went to purchase a DVDs player we weren't going to purchase a blue ray player but this player didn't cost much more than a dvd player, so for the quality I decided to purchase this model!

We had a LG before that connected using wifi. It always hung up between movies/shows and would have to reboot it. This Sony is quicker getting to menus and playing the movies/shows without hassle.

Good value on this very capable player. Small footprint and lots of features. Streams a lot of services wireless.

I bought this for my girlfriend for an inexpensive smart Bluray player. We didn't need a wireless version so for the price, this has been awesome. Menus load pretty quick and is easy to use!!

We broke our previous BlueRay player remote and were unable to find a replacement, plus we were never that satisified with it. This player was easy to hook-up and has given us lots of enjoyment.

Love my Blu-ray player. I use it to "walk inside" and get exercise during the winter months. My two year old Grandson loves to play his Mickey and other CD's on it. Easy to install and learn to use.

Best buy sold this wonderful Sony Streaming Blue Ray player at a fair price. I don't use it for streaming . I use my Apple TV for that . And I have a Smart TV from BestBuy I use for Streaming.

Like most modern blu-ray players, this is very much a bare bones affair. Small light box, no display. Very cheaply made. But it does the job and has all the essential features, connections. Best thing about it is how fast it loads discs. Much faster than the older Samsung I had before. But smart features leave a lot to be desired. Wired ethernet required, no wi-fi. Many apps supported but I had issues with streaming Amazon. So slow, it reverted to unwatchable SD quality, despite having 40MB net connection. Finally had to reset all accounts, erase all saved info and start over. Even then it often starts in SD mode before finally improving to HD. Better to use Roku or other dedicated device for this.

I purchased this for my child to play all their DVDs. Works very well. It also allowed me to connect to my wifi to stream videos on the included apps. I am very pleased with this purchase

The disks that I've played through the player have appeared on the TV very crisp, neat, and clean. I'm very pleased with this Blu-ray player.

Apps are great and it is easy to use I have had it freeze on me once and I had to unplug the power - I deducted a star for this. It does have the PlayStation NOW option but I have yet to use it.

Had been looking for a Blu-ray player for some time. This was exactly what we wanted and the price was right.. Have enjoyed watching videos and the set-up with our TV was quick and painless.

Nice, discreet player that doesn't lack in performance and reliability. It's one generation removed from the latest model and that's just fine with me. Reduced cost for a solid product = value.

I was hesitant at first, but am so glad that I made this purchase. This is by far the best all in one player I have ever owned. Great product. Easy to use and the remote is fantastic.

What can I say....it is a Sony, and they are the best. The remote will even run the Sony TV that we have had for 10+ years. Excellent product and nice size, it takes up very little space.

We bought this DVR on sale and we have been very pleased with it. The price was very reasonable and we have found it very easy to use. It is just what we needed to replace our previous DVR.

Bought for parents so we can bring a thumb drive over to share pictures and videos. Just connected to the tv and put in the thumb drive and we were enjoying pictures! Simple product.

I had Xbox one, it was a high price Blu-ray player for me !!!! So I gave it to my nephew who plays football games and basketball games and I broke a Blu-ray player and I love it

this Blu-ray can be placed in any place because is small better than the old dvd players that take to much space and can be connected to the internet to streaming movies and tv shows
