The apps are very smooth. The one flaw is that the screen saver no longer works while using the apps. So if you leave your Netflix on you can burn standby images into your TV.

It works as advertised, playing disks with ease. It would be an inexpensive way to make your TV a "smart" tv and has all the usual apps. It is highly recommended that the Blue-ray player is connected to the network via Ethernet cable. Very nice!
