Okay….but!!!

Found correct play button (not obvious choice from previous dvd player). Once it starting playing the sound was muffled. Toward middle of film figured out the audio button needs to be pressed….ugh! All is well now. Haven’t tried a blu-ray film yet.,,,wish me luck!

Best Buy is really the Best!!

But we were so thankful that Best Buy could order one for us and the price was very reasonable. The sales associate Jesus was friendly, helpful and professional! We had a great experience and also the DVD player arrived at the time they quoted so we picked it up and are enjoying all of our favorite DVD’s!!
