But, when i load any app (Netflix or Hulu) it will randomly freeze and require me to unplug it to work again. No updates available to download. But, I'm still satisfied with the device

The selection button on the remote doesn't work 75% of the time and the player freezes regularly and won't work again unless I unplug it. I would return it, but the first couple of times I thought it was just a fluke and now I'm outside of my return date.

Please try to update your Blu-ray player: Press the Home / menu button on your remote > Go to Setup > Select Software Update then choose Update via Internet and follow the on-screen instructions.
