Apps load slow or not at all...plating blurays is basic but you could probably buy one that is cheaper and bluray specific with out apps that would be better. No as great as they say.....

It keeps saying No DVD whenever I put one in. I've tried several DVDs and ensured there was nothing wrong with them (they work in other machines). This shouldn't happen so early on.

I never had a single issue with connecting to wifi and it loads up faster then most players out there. Apps can take some time depending on connection speed and if you have to login but for the most part it's a quick process

You cannot access ALL streaming video services with this machine. Was a disappointment because one of my requirements was for streaming video. You're better off purchasing a more capable machine for a bit more money.

Sony is great quality as we have experienced in the past with other purchases. It is lightweight and smaller than our older Samsung model (that didn't last as long as we thought it should). Very easy to set up and Blu_Ray quality is perfect. We wanted one that included built-in WiFi and had Netflix. Very simple to use. The remote contol has it's own Netflix button and it's just a matter of hitting that and binge watching your favorite TV show. Smart purchase for us and just baffled why we didn't buy this sooner!!! You will not go wrong buying this model.
