It constantly will not connect with our wi-fi no matter what we try. I will note we do not have any issues with any other device not connecting including two Samsung wi-fi blu ray players upstairs. I should have bought the Samsung player that was the same price. Thankfully we also recently purchased a smart tv that we can actually use the apps we want, I.e. Netflix, prime, etc.
