The picture is great and remote is easy to use.

It did everything I needed it for, CD, DVD, Blu Ray. Didn't need to pay the higher price for the other players available. I do not use the smart features, BC I have those on my TV.

It goes black for a second and then picks up where is left off throughout the movie. Even with brand new out of the case blu ray and DVDs alike. Not worth the miney

This one has a faster loading time and a slimmer and compact form factor. I have not tried the 4K yet but it does the job well. If you have a Sony TV then the same remote will operate the TV and player.

It was on sale and has tons of streaming options if you want that. I don't use them right now, but nice to have if I want them, I know my playsation can stream movies too

I really like having access to XM radio in the house without having to buy a separate XM receiver and antennae. It is also a very good DVD/CD player.

On the other hand this new one works great better than expected. Picture quality is great. Price is right.

This one fills the gap in the interim. Definitely pushes signal above the regular Blue Ray ...

Reviews of this model were all positive and it was on sale; an updated model was due out. Got a good price/value and it works beautifully.
