And, believe it or not, Sony actually removed YouTube completely from that previous model. They might do the same with this player in the future.( Sony never adds any improvements to players... they just take things away.) Otherwise, video and 3D performance are the same as the earlier model. If non-existent Sony product support isn't an issue, this is a pretty good player.
