Freezes up. Reboots itself. Movie icons sometimes will not populate. On my second unit. When I returned the first unit someone walked in line behind me returning his with the same problems.

When using the Blu-ray player, it takes a long time to load. When using online apps, such as netflix. It lags and buffers too long. I don't recommend this product. Use the older models, it works better and is faster.

This unit is great when it works correctly. My wife has tried to power it up on 4 differently occasions and it would not turn on at all, for no apparent reason. It does work most of the time correctly however.

My sony google tv would not let me view amazon prime movies. Now i can plus youtube connects much faster with this product. I wish it were smaller but compared to my first player it is much more advanced.

Awful! I will never buy anything open box or refurbished again. This DVD player constantly stops streaming and it's not the Wi-Fi. It's s terrible. A month in, daily issues. It's so horrible.

Glitchy and slow. Takes about 4-5 minutes to connect to wifi. Sometimes it doesn't connect at all and I have to shut down entirely and start over.

We have problems streaming movies and have added an internet speed enhancing product, but still get the circle. Quality of picture of DVDs seems okay, not good for using with other programs.

So far im not that impressed with this bluray player. It has been freezing and doesn't load very fast.

Only got this because the sales person told me it would play 4k movies. Found out later at home it doesn't play 4K movies. Returned it. Other than that looks like a good blueray player

Nice looking player, didn't like the way it functioned though. The device is very slow, apps take a while to load. The up, down, left, right, and select buttons are all the same, no different Feeling, had to look at remote to see what button I was pushing. The Hulu app kept crashing, bought as gift for my girlfriend. Ended up returning it, and switching it for a Samsung, and we like it much more, it's flawless so far.

Only watched 2 movies so far one froze and would not skip forward over bad part of dvd. Not impressed as my old player did. Have not watched a 3D or blue ray yet.

WORKS GREAT AFTER WE UNPLUG IT AND REPLYING IT. IT GETS HOT WHEN NOT IN USE AND REFUSES TO START WHEN DISC IS INSTALLED. WILL BE RETURNING IT AND TRY ANOTHER ONE.

Again… I don't see the hype behind the 4K devices. Picture just looks the same to me as HD in the system that I just got rid of… Feel like I wasted my money.

Works great but if you watch movies back to back it gets hit and cute a out in the middle of your movie. Not good for rainy days when your stuck inside .

I bought this unit specifically for its wireless internet access as I wanted the ability to stream Netflix on my projector. When the unit works, the video quality is good. However, the unit loses internet connectivity from time to time even though the diagnostics show good signal strength. None of my TVs that have integrated wireless lose their connection so the issue is unit specific. I would look at other options if I were purchasing again.

Once again I paid more money for a low quality dvd player. I honestly think that the old dvd players are much better then all these expensive brands.

Unit keeps getting stuck and buffering can't watch anything from it had to hook laptop back up to use it for Netflix because this blue ray wifi sucks

Stopped working after 2 day, so I purchased a different brand that works fine. Guess I am stuck with this DVD player since all the packaging is gone

It works okay. Response to the remote is a bit slow, so I sometimes hit a button too many times thinking it didn't get it the first time.

Very user friendly 3D Blu-Ray player. Great picture quality. Extremely easy set up. Great at streaming with instant Wi-Fi access. Upscales to 4K, 4K streaming. Great item!
