Product worked great. Outstanding quality and affordable price. Makes a big difference when watching blue rays if you don’t have a 4K player.

This thing is great. It loads quickly and is easy to use. It also has netflix in case you don't have a smart TV or PS4 or something. The image quality is excellent.

Haven't tested discs yet, but it works great with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Miracast screen mirroring, and video files on a flash drive. There are plenty of other video/audio apps available but I don't use them.

I really like this player. Quick set up, update, connection. The player itself is so small. Load times are fast when you turn it on, and it works great. The apps are a bonus and has changed how I watch TV.

For being roughly $100, this is a really good player... the wifi connection isn't as good as a standalone Roku player, but for having pretty much the same functions as a Roku with the added bonus of being able to play bluray discs, and for about the same price as a Roku 3, I can't complain.

I scored this for 99.99 and got this for a companion for my bdp-s780, which I got on sale also for 199.99. The netflix app is way better, but load times aren't that much better improvement than what I thought. Great price, but miss led counters on front display now

Overall great product, only issue I had when I opened Netflix was that someone else's account was already logged on, and unable to change, haven't followed up on that yet, Nice that USB in front to attach other devices, Remote is simple and works well, Size is very handy to fit in small areas,

I needed a small form factor BD/DVD player that also upscaled 4K for my basement TV that I mounted over fireplace. As such, the size was perfect to nicely place under the TV on the mantle since its footprint is so small. It has all the features you'd expect from a modern player with all web-based apps most smart devices have anyway. I didn't use any of the apps because I just resort to my appleTV, TiVo, or Sony 4K android tv for all of that. Picture quality is excellent. Speed loading movies is the best of all my BD players by far. No freezes. No hang ups. Great product.

Works to watch Blu-Rays, Netflix, and Hulu like wanted. It has frozen up a couple of times on me, but not sure if it is something with the machine, or on our end. Quality is good :)

Purchased 4K 55", new Blue Ray and sound bar at the same time..Techs installed everything on delivery. after 2 months everything is better than advertised. Huge sound..Fantastic Picture.Perfect as usual!!!

Great picture quality with the upscaling. The machine lacks the function window like my older Sony Blue-Ray player. I never know what its doing after i use remote commands. Player only has a green light to tell you if it's getting power. It's also very slow. Door sometimes won't close.

A nice compact unit with good features. I was able to set it up and have it play DVDs in just a few minutes. The menus and controls for the internet and "smart" features was a bit confusing, so some patience is needed in using the full capability of this device.

I LIKE THE SMALL SIZE YET THE PERFORMANCE IS GREAT AND EASY TO USE. I RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A 4K DVD PLAYER WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES.

I have enjoyed using the new blue ray player. Purchased it to upgrade our old player and enhance our viewing experience. It has been fantastic and I certainly recommend it. The wifi is easy to set up and conectivity has worked great. Look forward to continuing to watch movies in 3D.

My first ever DVD player was purchased many years ago at Best Buy and now my first Blue Ray. My kids love the DVD feature while I am loving the Netflix, Crackle, Hulu and YouTube features on the player

Although I don't have a 4K TV yet, I needed a new BR/DVD Player and the upgrade was minimal for future-proofing at least a few years out. The player works fine, no problems so far. Also like the fact that it is so small so you can fit it in a short/narrow space.

This is a great BluRay player at a great price point. I found it elsewhere for $10 less and The BB rep matched the price....no questions asked. First time I had use the price guarantee. Was impressed they took my word and didn't make me jump through hoops.

I went in expecting to get a lower priced item but could not pass this one up. It was on sale for $80 off and is top of the line. I love all the app features and the ability to go online with the web browser. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade

After reading some on-line reviews, I bought this player. Very pleased with the set up procedures. Compact size made for a perfect fit in the TV console we have. I've had a lot of Sony products over the years and never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Got this for a good sale price, plus we considered the many good reviews. Fairly simple set up and ease of use. Plays regular DVD's and Blu-Ray's wonderfully. Excellent 3D capabilities! We love it!
