This blue ray player was easy to install and is very easy to use. The size and style are compact and lightweight.

A must have if you have a 3D compatible TV. The experience is equivalent to your own personal movie theatre.

This is not a true 4K player of blu-ray media but upscale instead. It does give a noticeable improvement when viewing normal blu-ray media and even less HD quality media. This player is connected to a Sony 4K tv. Does well as intended to upscale. I have not yet used the player to stream any video of 4K content to comment but would expect it to do well given the upscale function of media. This is a good product for the money.

At first I was unsure about buying a Sony blu-ray I normally buy Samsung products but after speaking with the sales guy at best buy his recommendation was that this was a better product.

Great product at a great price. Nothing too fancy or complicated. Set up is a breeze and remote is functional.

Hmmm, I put in the bluray disc and it plays the movie without a complaint! That puts it way above the old panasonic home theater in a box that it replaced (and it was 1/10th the size and 1/6th the price).

Upgraded TV, so naturally had to get a new Blu-ray player. The Sony 6500 does what it supposed to do, insert disc, a magical transformation happens and my TV glows with a movie and sound emanates from the speakers. I enjoy the awesome show, and the wife quickly falls asleep on the couch.

Great picture in HD or 3D. Great functionality and app library. User interface is intuitive, easy to use, and has a quick response time. Doesn't feel like a stripped down afterthought piece of technology. Even though disc-media is dwindling due to greater incidence of streaming, this is a must have device to bridge old media to newer.

This Blu-Ray Player is very sleek and compact. The interface is user-friendly. I always buy Sony TVs and Blu-Ray Players. They are well designed and last a long time.

Has a good set of features, audio and video are very good, overall a good value especially at the sale price. The only thing I don't like is the tiny size of it and the build quality is a little weak.
