The player works great, I purchased this product due to the good reviews and to compliment the Sony TV. The applications and everything else work well together

Simple to operate. WIFI enabled and connects to my home network with ease.

I can't believe the clarity of the films almost lifelike. Easy to operate.

Could not put it off any longer. Have an upscaler on a 4K TV that works just fine. My issue is the TV does not have HDR technology (wish salesman would have informed me before I purchased the TV). Not a vast difference in picture quality from upscaler to this unit. Plan on getting 4K TV later with the HDR technology and utilize this Bluray to its maximum potential. It is expensive as is all 4K HDR TV's at this time.

Plays well. Small and compact, great space saver. Happy with my first 4K up scaling player.

This is my third smart blu-ray player in 6 months. First one bought elsewhere was a Samsung. Wifi card crapped out after 5 months. Second one didn't have wireless connectivity, only hard wired which I didn't realize when I bought it..my bad. Steaming seems to work on this Sony pretty well, turns on quick, no lag in anything like my first one. As I said, so far, so good with this Sony. Worth the price.

I gave it 5 stars because it is such a good deal compared to players that are any better than it. It lacks just a couple high end items that 99% of people will never miss and has a couple quirks in the menu system that are odd. Other than that it is a very solid BD player at a good price. Unless you know what it is missing and think you have to have it just get it.

Does everything that it says will do. Love the ease of the remote control, especially to get the closed captioning

Great blu ray player...can stream...fast...4K upscaling is a nice feature

I was looking for a good, moderately priced, blu ray player... and this is it! I plan on buying another one for the bedroom to replace my Roku and current player. The wireless capabilities are amazing. Netflix and Hulu don't buffer. It gets great signal. The 4K quality of the movies is fantastic. Even the remote is perfectly sized and easy to use. I have no complaints.

Easy to use, clear picture, did not seem to be temperamental like so many Blu ray player.

3D, 4K Upscaling, built-in WiFi plays BluRay and DVD and Smart Apps. This player fits perfectly in my home theater system. It has a pretty small foot print so you don't need an empty shelf to put it on. I like it so much I bought one for my bedroom so I have the same capabilities there as I do in the home theater room. I don't think you can go wrong with this player.

I like the device when it is working properly. Simple to use. Good picture. However, sometimes it freezes for no apparent reason.

The products are top rated and this is the reason I purchased them. Over time products naturally improve however I'm perfectly satisfied with my purchases.

I love the apps that it has and the wonderful picture quality of DVD's.

We bought this because my play station was giving us trouble with 3d playback. It plays simulated 3d with all 2d movies! I would recommend this to everyone.

Nothing beats a Sony Blu-ray. Easy setup. Plenty of apps pre installed.
