Easy to install and set up with Sony Bravia TV. Works great for 3d and Blu-ray movies.

We weren't sure if we really needed a Blu-Ray. So happy that we made this purchase.

It's the best Bluray DVD Player ever. He can watch all of his DVD'S with no problem.

I needed a new DVD player that was updated and easy to use. I love this one. I can upload old stuff and watch new stuff. I can also record from my SMARt TV...I could not have gotten a better brand for the price. I did shop around and Best Buy had it!

No complaints with the actual product. However, I'm having a hard time getting my universal remote control to operate it properly. That's more of a problem with the remote control rather than the Sony Player. No complaints with the Blu-ray Player.

My older Samsung didn't have any additional firmware updates. Needed to purchase another player for the latest movies. After reading the reviews, this one seemed to be the best for the money. Has built-in wireless and can access our Amazon account. Love it!

I am really happy with the quality of blu rays. I have new 4K tv and wanted my blu rays to look as best as possible. With this player along with the 4K cables to the TV, it looks so good. On some movies, the faces seem to pop on the screen which is what I was looking for.

While not financially ready to make the dive into the best 4K – a cheap Sharp TV and this little box allows me to watch extremely detailed content and have a whole new experience. Excellent so far.

A Great DVD player to watch your favorite movies and shows in Blue Ray or regular..

I needed another Blu-Ray. I have a 4K TV, so the upscaling is what I was looking for. I had a Samsung Blu-ray prior to this but it would not play my new blu-rays. They stopped updating the firm-ware for the Samsung. So I refused to buy the Samsung Blu-ray.

Needed a Blu-ray to watch the new Christmas movies we purchased. Works just great!

This Sony BDPS6500 Blu-ray player features built-in Wi-Fi. To build a complete 3D home theater system, we recommend you purchase a 3D TV, 3D glasses designed for the TV, high-speed HDMI cable and an A/V receiver that is compatible with 3D products.

This Sony blue ray player is much better than the previous player that we were replacing with the Sony. More features, better ease of use. And as always, shopping at Best Buy gives me confidence as a consumer that they stand behind the products they sell!

I am giving it a 4 because it worked great, the size is just what we wanted but after a few times we used it, it stoped working. It was an open box sale when we got it and it didn't even last a month. We will return it but looking for the same or very similar product.
