Had to return to store as it was in pieces when shipped to my son. He could not get it together so they returned the item and went with a different table.

Purchased the open box, description was excellent, however, major scratches all over top of lid. Unfortunately, they do not show up on camera.

Tried to connect via Bluetooth and wired speakers. Sound is extremely poor. We tried two different Bose BT speakers, two different Sony BT speakers, and 1 set of wired speakers. The sound was faint and staticky! Have to send to Sony to see if it can be repaired

My product came broken. I ordered a vinyl player and the needle was bent and did not work.

Speed was way fast right out of the box. Tried unsuccessfully to adjust. Returned and bought Audiotechnica. That works great.

I returned this turntable to the store. The needle fell off.

Great starter turntable! Its automatic functions make it easy to use and a great overall experience.

The item I purchased is just what I imagined. The Geek squad was though and outstanding as usual.

Rated high but did not work out of the box. Stylus wouldn’t stay on track.

Wish I had never bought it. The blue tooth did not work at first, now it does. I sent it out to have that fixed, after purchasing a reciever and 2 new speakers. Returned the receiver once the radio started working with the speakers. HOWEVER, now the timing is off. It came back from the techs as "nothing is wrong". the 75 speed setting sounds "almost" like how the 33 should sound. The 33 sound setting sounds like I have drunken darth vaders in my stereo.

Maybe I shouldn't even rate this because after buying it, setting it up, not getting it to turn on with cheap, faulty power switches, taking it back, trading it in for another one, going through the same process with the same results, I finally got a different turntable. So how do I rate something that never worked?! I wanted a turntable with a pre-amp to pair with an older (Sony) receiver so was not pleased about all the time I lost on this process. And the in-store tech indicated he had another customer with a different problem with this same turntable, that's when I decided to move to another brand and model.

Poor BT connectivity and build quality is low given the price. The audio cable is also hardwired for no reason so if you use BT you still have a 6 foot wire Hanging out for no reason.

Love the look of it, however bummbed there is no built in speaker..def a novelty item

My turntable arrived without the dust cover hinges and a heavily scratched dust cover. Very disappointing.

Like the look and bluetooth sound, dislike that GF didnt do proper research on item that you needed speakers lol

I bought this for my husband as a Father's Day gift. For starters, the turntable was delivered with the picture on the outside of the box... so much for the element of surprise. We have yet to hear music playing because it is not compatible with our soundbar and the device that was recommended for the set up didn't work either. If we ever get the turntable to play out loud I will update the review but for now this is where we are

Was all excited to set it up and use it. After getting it all set up unit wouldn’t turn on. Now I've got to go all the way back to the store to return it. Terrible experience.

Played 1 record and now won’t play another. As soon as it touches the record the tone arm goes home and shuts off.

Difficult set up then after 45 mins on the phone with Sony, ended up returning. Would not recommend

gift for xmas. it works just fine. also took out a warrenty
