Bought this open box, looked brand new and worked with no issues. Really pleased with the purchase- basic turntable, I haven't used the bluetooth function though. Probably would not have purchased at full price though.

It sounds amazing, plays records well and is overall a great record player.

I had a good experience with the exchange of the initial turn table I purchased. Due to my limited knowledge of how systems and turn tables interact with each other I needed to return it. The second Sony is just right. Pete was a tremendous help. He took time to explain all the bits and pieces to me. He even waited while I called my husband on the phone and he spoke with him as well as and waited while my husband went to look at the back of our system to relay information to Pete. Many thanks for his help and support.

I wanted a minimal looking turntable that had RCA out for good sound to speakers but that also had bluetooth incase I wanted to use headphones

Can't go wrong with a Sony product. I like that the table is as big as a record to give good support.
