Press start and it will begin playing the record, but you can also press "up" and then position it where you want it for a particular song.

Very easy to use and I recommend it for an entry level player to anyone wanting to enjoy vinyl. Do not buy this as a open box. I believe people have been stealing certain parts out of them to make their players work. Same issue with 2 purchased prior to getting a new one.

With the USB connection and software, you can also transfer music digitally to a PC, create playlists, and burn to a CD. Although not audiophile quality, still a nice piece of gear for a fair price.

The bluetooth connection isn't the best and the lid attracts a lot of dust, but other than that this turntable is great. The automatic play / stop works great and I haven't had any issues with speed or sound quality.
