Open Box Was Defective

I wanted to buy my partner one for his birthday, so I purchased an “Excellent” condition open box. It came missing the needle and with the arm misaligned, so I had to return it. Very frustrating, as it seems people are buying stuff for parts and then returning them.

I had bought other types of record players but they break down after a few months and this one has not disappointed me, thanks to the employees at the store in East Paso TX
