I ordered the open-box excellent version of this turntable. It was supposed to come with all the original parts and accessories for the unit to work. However, when I received the turntable it came with the parts thrown in the box and necessary items removed. Not only was the turntable missing the cartridge and needle, but it was also missing the user manual and the 45rpm accessory piece. I ended up having to return this item through customer service, as Best Buy's website threatened to charge me for any missing accessories the turntable may be missing. Overall, I ended up purchasing this item elsewhere for full price and learned that I will never trust or purchase anything open-box or "Best Buy Inspected" ever again. The turntable I received at a later date works and functions very well and would recommend it in new condition.

Work’s great !!!!! Plays my vinyl great and had no problems with the blue tooth.

My wife bought me this for Father's Day. The unit works quite well, pairs easily, and has great sound quality.

I brought this last christmas and I am still very happy with it. It works great with my old receiver and speakers,was a little strange having to put some parts of it together, but it was easy to do. Since I am using it for my old stereo items I have not yet used the bluetooth feature

This is a nice turntable. Does not pair up with my HomePod but did pair up with my big Bluetooth speaker.

Very nice and well made. Wish it had a clip to hold the arm if you move it, but probably can’t because it is automatic.

This is a great turn table. You do need to hook it up to some speakers if you enjoy sound.
