Nice Try but need the right technology

I was wanting them for watching TV but my TV was not Bluetooth capable even with a Bluetooth audio transmitter I had purchased. I think it would be an excellent choice for a blue tooth capable device such as a computer in an office or cublce setting.

You can easily control volume to a level that’s comfortable for you by touching the volume button on the side of this Sony neckband speaker. You can also play and pause when listening to music. However, depending on the BLUETOOTH device, it may be necessary to adjust as well the volume or set the audio output setting on the connected device. You may also try using different Bluetooth devices to isolate the problem.

Please try some solutions below:
Make sure that the neckband speaker is charged sufficiently.
Increase the volume level of both devices.
Make sure that the volume of the connected device and the neckband speaker is loud enough.
Make sure that your source device is playing music.
Move the wireless speaker away from metal objects or other devices which may cause interference.
Reset or initialize the neckband speaker to its factory default settings.
