First time buy of a Sony, and have been totally satisfied, packaging was good and ease of set up was a plus, works well in a small room, picture is great for all types of viewing.

This is the best TV I've ever owned and my first smart TV. It is very clear, great color and easy to use. I could not be happier with choosing a Sony over other comparable brands.

I purchased this smart tv a few weeks ago to place in our new home. I can't express how happy I am with this purchase. Picture quality is great, great value, and easy to install.

This smart tv was very easy to set up. The apps included were many I already use on my iPad. The picture is very clear, crisp and defined. I am very happy with this purchase.

What can I say - this TV looks amazing! Great picture, and lots of nice apps as well. Only two problems I've noticed: 1) when you turn the TV on it takes a while (between 1-3 minutes) for it to be full on. While it's "warming up" changing inputs or using apps is EXTREMELY slow! 2) Images on the screen look great, but if you look at a solid colored background the imperfections of the screen become evident. Still great at the $530 price tag I bought it at.

Sony makes great products and this was no exception. Picture is very crisp. Controls are easy to navigate through. Streaming from other electronic devices was easy as well.

Purchased this tv for my wife and it was very easy to set up and connect to wifi ultra clear picture and easy to navigate apps.

This television is perfect starting with the very light overall weight that made it easy to transport and assemble the stand once home!! The high clarity makes this TV perfect!!

This TV was more expensive than most of the other brands and I feel it is worth the money. The quality is great, and have never had a problem. Super light and easy to mount.

I was recently on a spur of the moment trip to Best Buy to look for a new TV. After at least an hour comparing different models, I settled on this Sony set with the intention of going bigger next year and most likely 4K also. This set has not been a dissapointment for the most part. The picture looks great and there are plenty of features to mess with. After tweaking the settings a bit, I found a great combination that makes every channel look really good. One of the features that I absolutely had to have was the 120 hz motion processing because I fell in love with and was so used to it since its initial introduction by Samsung years ago. This set states it has the same feature at 240 hz so logically you would think it's going to look great. Well the only drawback I have with this set is, the setting for the motion processing can only be set to either "Off" or "Auto". The result is no control over being able to tell when the feature is working and it is definitely not on all the time. Only a few channels seem to utilize at all times and it doesn't seem to be on when watching bluray or digital movies. Oh well, you can't always get what you want, right? This is also my first smart tv that I own. I've played around with family and friend's smart tv's and have never been impressed but I think it works really well on this tv. Overall, this is a great tv as long as you're not getting it mainly for the motion processing and more for a good looking picture and media features.

I really love my new 48" Sony Bravia TV. Great picture and it interfaces well with my Sony Blu-Ray player and Sony sound system. Easy to set up and connect to the Internet.

I replaced an older sony flat panel tv with a newer and bigger sony flat panel TV. I was compleatly surprised how much lighter, quieter and cooler the new TV is. Love the picture and the unit is so clean my room looks better!

My Sony Bravia 48 inch is perfect for a smaller condo. Easy to install and light to set up and lift into my home. Great picture quality too.great TV for a great price!

Our whole family really enjoys the new television we purchased from Best Buy recently. The television comes with many extra features. The price was extremely competitive.

Really like this TV. The picture isn't perfect but it is very good. There is a bit of a delay for some reason when you are changing the volume, but it is no big deal. Love the smart features which are pretty easy to navigate.

I purchased this TV to upgrade to a bigger size since my old Sony was about 8 years old and weighed about 150 lbs. My new unit barely weighs 25 lbs. and has a larger 48" screen.

Typical Sony quality. Excellent picture, nice design and handy features. For the $$$ a good buy. Only small complaint I have is the built in speakers are a bit weak.

This was our first Smart TV purchase. Setup was very easy and it has a ton of apps available to install. The picture is great. We're very happy with this purchase.

The TV is extremely light and vibrant when actually using it. The input lag is quite low, especially for the price. There's no extra 120 Hz refresh rate, but I personally hate the soap opera effect so the price savings for not having it was ideal for me. This is a great TV for gamers with its gaming mode, along with being a great all around use TV with great clarity and depth, but definitely can't compare to high end TVs (upwards of $1k-$1.5k). Also with Sony, you are getting quality parts and it's a shame that they are exiting the TV market. For the price, there's not really anything I could complain about.
