    After one night of viewing, I will return this tv. The color is very faded looking and dull. I have 3 other Sony tv's and they have vibrant colors. This one is not the quality I expected. It is my first smart tv and I liked the APPS. Not sure if it is this one particular tv or not. The reviews looked good before purchase.

    We had to return this Sony television as the audio sounded like it was coming out of a barrel and the video appeared to be a faded picture, even on hi-def tv channels

    I had purchased a 50" vizio smart tv (M-series) for black Friday and when everything was set up things were looking good until the video froze up on me and the audio made a buzzing sound. Brought it back and exchanged it for another 50" vizio smart tv (M-series) which unfortunately had the exact same problems. I was told that they were not great tv's. When I brought the 2nd vizio back I wanted to get a better tv in a decent price and when I mentioned all the options I wanted in a tv and what my surround sound setup was I was pointed to this Sony. The Sony has a great picture and I have seen some reviews about it looking close to 4k and I have to say myself, it is pretty close. I enjoy this tv, I have only had it for a week but so far its been the better smart tv I have dealt with. I powers up very quickly and accessing the apps are easy too. You can save apps to the home page for quicker access and its nice having all the smart features on the tv. Great job Sony on a solid build tv and thanks best buy for the help with exchanges and pointing me to this one.
