Bought this open box so I got a good deal. It was the best price I could find on a tv that was recommended by a certain consumer magazine. Some reviews said the viewing angle wasn't good but we don't find it to be a major issue. Picture quality seems great, other than the artifacts that come from Uverse. Remote is pretty basic and doesn't have a quality feel. It's cool to be able to click a link on the YouTube app on my iOS devices and it immediately opens on the tv.

Because of disability I did all of my shopping on-line. Very happy with my investment..Added Chromecast and Blueray and Onkyo reciever for my speaker system.

Sony Bravia has always been at the top of my brand list in terms of overall quality, durability and style. This TV is no exception. However, as this is my second Sony Bravia LCD I can attest to the fact that the important factors that make this TV a 3 star instead of a 5 star are consistent across several models and sizes of this TV. Bottom line, the Netflix app and other movie streaming apps don't work very well. They simply cut out after a few seconds playing a movie or won't connect at all to the service. The method of network connection is also irrelevant as I have gone hardwired and wireless with the same problems. After hours of reading Sony repair boards and other online resources I was able to confirm this is simply a Sony software problem that plagues most of its smart TV's across branding and model/size ranges. However, if you are looking for a SUPERB image and are using third party hardware to stream movies or music, I would say there are few LCD's in this price range that could beat this Sony Bravia.

This picture is great, super easy online TV interface truly replaces the need for a Apple TV or Google device!

The picture is very good, the features are great. There is a slight hesitation moving from feature to feature. We did lose all our apps once, but found out how to get them back by refreshing network.

Great as a TV, the smart features can be a little cumbersome and it takes a bit for the computer to start, but all very minor complaints honestly. It was easy to set up and the picture is very crisp

I recently purchased the Sony Bravia 48" tv and feel I have made an excellent choice. The salesperson at Best Buy was extremely helpful and patiently answered my questions. I think having a service contract is a must for this product. Installation went very smoothly. Only complaint is being unable to copy programs saved in DVR to DVD if one has U-Verse. Prior to getting U-Verse, I had no difficulty in making DVDs for personal backup and use.

I own several sizes of Sony Bravia and I've never been disappointed. Really like the stand design and the terrific picture quality and ease of use.

When our tv broke after 7 months of purchase, Geek Squad attempts to fix it, we brought it back to the store and were given a credit for a tv of comparable value. We chose the Sony. It was the best choice we could have made. After a speedy transaction for the trade, employees removed out damaged tv from the car and loaded up the new one. It took less than a half hr. to set up, and we were amazed at the improved quality of picture and sound. Love it!

It has a clear picture with vivid color. My only complaint is that it takes about 30-60 sec for the app center to warm up. My Blu Ray player is faster than that. The TV is very light and easy to move.

Love the picture. I have two Sony TV's I hate the remote the buttons are two small and close together and on both TV's its hard to get a signal from the remote to the TV. I do love Sony though.

Beautiful picture, decent sound. Easy setup. Get it on sale for around $500 (sometimes less) for the 48 inch model. Super Bowl looked great!
