Can't go wrong with a Sony. The set up was very user friendly, and the picture is fabulous. Very happy with this one.

This TV replaced a 10 year old Sony HDTV, I was amazed at how much less this TV weighed than the older model. The prior unit did not have an Internet connection, this one has so many internet applications that it is difficult to chose. One issue was getting the color reproduction acceptable. The original setting were not satisfactory, so used setting suggested by consumers report, again they needed more work. Ended up using a DataColor Spyder which is used to calibrate my computer display, to set the colors which now rendered to our satisfaction. Overall we are happy with the set.

Sony seems to have focused the design to get the best picture quality for the lowest price. The picture quality is good. The price was low. I thought that this one and the Sharp had the best picture of all the other sets in this size class and price point. Sound quality is not very good at all though, even with adjustments to the factory presets. Another disappointment is fit and finish; but considering the low price, I got what I paid for. No complaints. If I had more to spend, I would have moved on from this one. It's not the main set so no big deal. I got what I paid for.

This TV doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but that is not what it was meant for, in terms of my particular purchase. It was meant for an entry level TV for those who don't care about all the fancy things they just wanted a great picture for a decent price. If your expectation bar is set at this TV's intended purpose then this is an excellent TV. If you are looking for a high end TV at rock bottom prices this is not the TV for you. It is really that simple.

Purchased this TV for father in law. He loves it. Easy to set up and easy to use. Been happy with the picture.

I PERFER SONY PRODUCTS,AND I WAS'NT DISAPPOINTED. THE PICTURE JUST JUMPS OUT AT YOU, REALLY CLEAR AND COLORFULLY. RUNNING OFF THE ANT, THE RECEPTION IS OUTSTANDING. CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET WAS EASY. HOWEVER I PURCHASED A WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND IT FAILED TO WORK. CHECKED NUMEROUS WEB SITES ON THIS ISSUE. FOUND OUT THERE IS NO STANDARD FOR WIRELESS KEY BOARDS FOR SONY TV'S.IT'S HIT OR MISS.RETUTNED THE KEY BOARD AND PURCHASED A DIFFERENT MODEL.WILL UPDATE.

has a good sharp picture and we really like the way it connects to amazon and Netflix, plus all the other services

Bought this for my daughter. Compared features and price with other models, and this product beat them hands down.

I like the TV picture and sound. But as a father to young kids, I want the smart functions to be blocked by a PIN or something else. That was only partially possible - could block the web browser and Crackle and YouTube, but not other downloadable apps like SnagIt Films and countless others that allowed R-rated content on the screen, even with the various parent settings at their highest. So my smart TV was really only useful as a not-so-smart TV because I'd have to disconnect it from the Internet. I returned the TV carefully repackaged. No problem with the return.

Great buy, shop the model number on the web and no one could bet the price. Plus got to use their money for 18 months for free. Never had a smart tv . This set up flawlessly with the home router.Outstanding picture avg sound.

This is my first smart TV. I have Roku for streaming on Samsung LCD TV. Roku seems to be more reliable. I have to re-setup the Sony to get a internet connection but never have an issue with Roku. When I watch Hulu or Netflix I haven't had any streaming issues after I re-establish connection. I have cable internet and use WIFI to stream. I also bought the Sony sound bar and like that it takes up less space and everything is connected with HDMI. TV speakers are not great. Why have a great LED picture and no upgrade in sound? Sound should be the next advancement in TV experience!

We brought this TV for our Bedroom and love it. We have owned nothing but Sony since the 36 Flat screen Wega came out. We tried a another brand from Best Buy and took it back because we weren't happy with the motion on action scenes. Thanks Best Buys for making us happy customers. We only shop at your store because of your service. Sony is the best picture and motion out there. My living room has a Sony Bravia. If you looking for the best at a good price go Sony.

Great picture, easy to set up and use Wifi works great. Many apps to use.

I love my SONY and have always been a fan. Here's why: - Clear white background render very bright (all other brands like Visio, LG etc has pinkish background).. - Mid range from Sony, better than similarly priced Samsung which are entry levels for the price - Reasonable performance of app store. I can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos and YouTube. They all work perfectly. You can always purchase Roku for $50 rather than investing in a very high end TV.
