For the price, this TV has a great picture and good options for using alternatives to cable or Direct TV.

Purchased this for our grandparents and they had it up and running in no time. Simple set up, superior quality.

Overall, this is a great TV for the money. I did expect to pay slighly less, but then again it is a Sony. The picture quality was good with the colors appearing more natural, which turned out good when it came to Pictures/scenery of nature like trees and grass. Also, people also appears more natural as well with some of the better color tones I've seen in a long time. The only thing that I didn't like was that it generated a bit more heat than I expected and would have liked, which may be an indicator that it may be consuming more energy than anticipated.

Although you pay for it, you have a hard time going wrong with this one. AS it turns out, the Wi-fi capability on this is outstanding. I haven't had a smart TV before, and being able to launch apps easily and quickly, and watch youtube or netflix, and switch back and forth between that and DirectTV, its well designed and works seamlessly. You can buy cheaper TVs for sure. But I have yet to go wrong with Sony and they don't die after 2 years either.

Enjoy the color. Sound is good. Size is just right for our room.

I bought this tv as a pre deployment gift for myself. Primary use is for my ps4. Mlb 14 the show and watch dogs run and look amazing on this tv. All the other internet and smart tv features are great to use. Browsing pictures from your smartphone and linking your phone or tablet to YouTube is Awesome. 5/5

This TV displays great qualities. Shows high quality and images are crystal clear. It is flexible and accommodates into which angle you want it to be facing. SONY over all products are GREAT. Able to watch from long distance and no blurriness. I personally LOVE the built in wifi. Makes it easier into having less things to hookup to tv and have around tv stand.

I've had Sony TV's for over 30 years and they never let me down. This is the first LED TV, I've bought and I'm very pleased with it. Easy to set up, great picture, good value, etc. I hope the reliability is as good as my old Trinitron! Anyway, the only gripe I have is that Sony doesn't have full Bluetooth for it's TV's. You can only use Sony brand wireless headphones and accessories with this TV's Bluetooth. Other than that, I love it.

I love this t.v.! It has so many more options than I realized! It's the first smart t.v. I have owned and I love being able to have Hulu and Netflix on my t.v. without a streaming device or gaming console. I like the amount of other apps available, like Pandora and YouTube, but I am an avid anime watcher, so I would like for Funimation and/or Crunchyroll to also be available as an app. The sound options are amazing! I love that I can adjust movies so that peoples voices are louder! My husband always used to have to put subtitles on because music in movies takes over and you can't hear the actors. Picture quality is good. I would be able to go on more about that, but we have very few HD channels, so it's hard to give a great review for that aspect. All in all, I love this t.v. and would buy another!

I have two Sony bravia tvs, one is 50inch and this review is on the second one the 48inch. The sound quality is great the picture is great. I have no complaints about this tv. If i had to buy another tv i wud definitely get another Sony maybe even 55inch next time. The one thing i would say is that when i purchased the 50inch it came with a wall mount the 48 inch doesn't.. So I recommend getting a wall mount with the 48inch.

Sony works and has good picture. Set up was easy. We do not have HD cable, so can't rate that part.

The tv is excellent, it's thin, lightweight, and a great size. My only real bone to pick is that it doesn't have a built in antenna for basic local channels. I had assumed since it was a pricy smart tv that it would have came with one built in as my experiences prior have been that way. Aside from that snag it did have a little trouble initially connecting with the Wi-Fi and completing start up. The tv would connect and go into its programming and then reboot, and restart the process of setting up the connection all over again.

Good features, good price. Sony LCD WiFi TV woks good. easy set up.
