The TV is great. But we got charged for a another TV. We had a warranty and it wasn't expired. But your staff wasn't paying attention. Our Best Buy card got charged any way. It took over a month for your staff to fix this problem.

Every Best Buy store I've been to is always clean in appearance. The staff is knowledgable about product with ability to locate other products within the store. I would recommend my friends to shop Best Buy and I will be back!

This TV is still working and in excellent condition. I gave it to my son and its now mounted in his room. It served its purpose when it was new in the living room, and still does after being repurposed.

I have always been a Sony fan and this television supports that. Great picture and the Smart features are easy to use.

Sony was always the top brand that I relied on, but too expensive. We went back and forth on a Samsung and an LG with similar features, but ultimately, this Sony produced the sharpest, crispest, most color-saturated picture when compared side by side to other TVs. It was worth paying a little more for the best quality picture that came close to a 4K. After a year, this TV still performs solidly. I would buy the latest model of this one all over again if I needed another TV.

Out of the box tv looks and works great, after playing ps4 for a while I noticed the screen goes black for a second every like 5 mins. I have geek squad and they honor their products really well. Only issue I've had so far.

This is my 3rd Sony Bravia TV. I was skeptical about this TV because of the 240 Hz "XR Motionflow" . After the initial setup, I hooked it up to my Xbox one to watch a blu ray and I was blown away. The picture quality is great. Crisp dark images, clear light images and no blur what so ever. The audio is ok, but no big deal since I have the TV hooked up to a sound system (also a SONY) Overall a great tv for the money. This TV replaced my old LCD Bravia and could not be happier.

I found that this TV has the best picture for the price. It's not 4K HD TV, but it's close. It also pack a lot of good features.

First I bought Samsung but didn't like it so I return it and bought Sony hgtv and love it picture is excellent and easy to use.

I had a great experience buying my SONY tv. I was going to buy a smaller one but after I talked to the SONY rep and he was very fair to his product as well as others, I decided it was the best choice for me

We currently have a Vizio, which is a good TV, but the sound is a little muffled at times. This TV is great upgrade and the customer service was excellent.

Bought this to go with my PlayStation 4 due an out dated TV. Picture is not bad. Good for game play so far. I think that there are better for regular watching. Still learning and trying features. I do like the Netflix button. Did have a compliment on the picture.

This tv has a beautiful picture! It also has many options...Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. all built in. I highly recommend!

Bought this for my 72 year old dad. Very simple to use, although it is feature rich. Great value! Highly recommend!
