Not happy with sound quality of tv. The picture is great but the sound souns as if you're listening through a tin can. My LG tv has much better sound quality.

My husband and I are not tech savvy, but find the TV very easy to use. We watch a lot of Netflix. The picture quality and sound are good. It is a great TV for money.

This is a great TV that I bought to replace my 8 year old Sony Bravia. Like many flat screen tv's, the sound is mediocre and at times unintelligible in that it is sometimes difficult to understand dialogue. The easy, albeit expensive fix is to add a sound bar.

My new Siny TV far exceeds my expectations . The salesman at Best Buy spent quality time with me explaining all the features in the TV. My new Sony TV is truly a purchase I will never regret. I plan on going back to Best Buy to purchase a new Sony blue ray player and a Sony CD player. I have become a huge fan of Best Buy. I feel as a customer they treat me like they truly do appreciate my business .

I went to the store looking for another TV and I brought this one instead. The picture is very clear and the TV is very light for hanging on the wall.

I haven't found anything I don't like about this tv. I use a lot of Sony products and they have yet to let me down. And I am a very picky person when it comes to products I buy. Thanks Sony! Keep it up!

My experience with Kirk is great every time I am in this store. He is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling, which is nice these days. He has an excellent attitude and is very helpful.

I had a Samsung tv in mind and did a good deal of research. I bought the Sony because the "price was right", I was not impressed with the overall quality so I purchased the original tv I had in mind.

The picture is clear, the sound from the speakers is crisp, all the extras available on this product are easy to use.

The tv was light weight and had the best quality I've seen in a while. The only thing I had issues with is that it took me more than a minute to set up the stand.

Purchased this TV to replace an LG that died due to a voltage surge.! Setup was fairly simple however directions on how to use the various features were embedded in the TV software and it was difficult to follow. We were also a bit disappointed in the picture sharpness and clarity . I continue to adjust the picture settings but have yet to find the optimal settings. Primary reason we purchased it was because it was the largest TV that fit into the built in wall unit.

Nice TV, looks good. Easy setup, good directions and remote. However, after a month now, I am starting to see aberations on the screen and am concerned.

I have had the TV for nearly a year and have had no issues. It has a great picture and is easy to use.

Sony never disappoints! Sony Bravia is the best even though it is a few dollars more than other brands and the base Sony models. We have four Sony TVs in our house and bought them all at Best Buy!

Went into best buy planning on buying a 40 inch Samsung. Saw this 47 inch in store on sale for only $50 more than the samsung I planned on getting, and have been very happy with my decision.

great television,especially considering it's sony's lower priced set. Very pleased with the quality and features.
