I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A TV AND THE SALESMAN RECOMMENDED THIS TV. IT HAS BEEN GREAT.

The sound and volume, especially back ground sound (i.e. music and sound effects) can not be balanced properly. The music and sound effects volume drown out the dialogue. I have contacted Sony, but their solution does not alter the background sound. In order to hear the dialogue, the sound must up to the highest volume level to decipher it.

I loved this TV, the clarity and performance is great

This tv has been nothing but good to me. The picture is phenomenal and I haven't had a single issue with it. The smart TV part of it works great and I haven't had any issues.

We read reviews on this tv before we purchased. Found nothing but favorable reviews. We questioned our Best Buy sales rep regarding what was the sporting event picture quality we could expect. He assured us that out choice was perfect for our needs. He was right!!!

I was extremely excited when I purchased this item, and still very thankful to have it. The picture is beautiful. I can't even comprehend half of the apps and programs that I have access to. I also expect it to stay in such good quality for many years to come.

Have a smaller Sony Bravia I love, moved to larger space & this larger tv took some getting used to for me but it is great for the space. I watch PBS so don't use the many features but tied to my wi-fi & will attempt to use it 'smartly' ha Great tv & good price!

I am so happy with my purchase. The picture quality and sound is great. Lots of applications already included. I just got it about a week ago but can't wait to explore all the features. So far I am beyond satisfied. Would highly recommend. Cannot beat the price!

We had a really good experience at Best Buy. Our salesman was very nice and knew a lot about the different brands of TV's. We went with a completely different TV than what we came in for. We do not regret it. The picture quality is beautiful on our new Sony TV!
