We upgraded from a 37" Vizio which had TERRIBLENESS dark picture issues. This TV is a champ. If I could change one thing, the sound can be a little tinny at times, but overall a top quality purchase.

Great picture but the sound?

Who thought of this? This tv really needs a sound bar. I would recommend this tv but only if you purchase the sound bar.

When they deliver the TV they tell you to keep the box for thirty days in case anything happens. What they don't tell you is this is for certain members of Best Buy. When all of my Apps disappeared Sony was no help only telling me to do a software update. All software was up to date. I called Best Buy after spending over 40 minutes on the phone with Sony, and the Best Buy representative had a nasty disposition and told me that I could not return it because it had been over 15 days. Best Buy you are turning into Circuit City. I suggest you train your employees to know the policy.
