When I got there after talking with a salesperson about the TV I purchased I decided to look at others while I was there. I ended up leaving with a Sony Bravia 48 inch based off recommendations from the salesperson. I should have stuck with my original purchase as I had two other Samsungs that have excellent picture quality. Also, I was misinformed by the salesperson as well regarding some information. The clarity on the Sony was not what I expected at all even after adjusting and I had HD and an HDMI cable. The Geek Squad came to check it and needless to say they recommended to return it since they checked it and everything was set correctly and the clarity was still not good. I returned it to another store based off my overall experience at the store I made the puchase at and I received good and true advice from a Magnolia Rep and I walked out with two Samsungs both 4k and one being a 55-inch curved.

The only problem is the sound, the quality is not fantastic, but with the picture quality this was easy to overcome.

Great TV, Not So Great Menus
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If this TV had been purchased for any room but the bedroom I might not be bothered but I have never seen a more complicated sleep timer. Click "Home". Scroll right 4 times then click a tiny graphic of a toolbox (Settings). Now select "Preferences" from the drop-down, then "Clock and Timers" from that drop-down, then "Sleep Timer" from the new drop-down, then the numbers er of minutes. Really? Only way this could possibly be worse would be no sleep timer at all. Definitely an afterthought for Sony and I hope they fix it with a software update. Even on Quickstart it takes quite a while to power up to access the menus but the picture comes up quickly and is bright and crisp. Comes pre-loaded with tons of apps but again, menus are not very intuitive.
