Setting up the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 is Pretty easy. You connect your HDMI cable and the power cables, download the BRAVIA app and follow the easy on-screen instructions, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. The HDMI cable connects to the rear of the Sub-woofer rather than the soundbar and my only negative was that it doesn't have a true HDMI in and out of the soundbar like other systems, so the sub needs to be close by.
Once set up, the sound is really great. The deep bass and surround effects make every scene feel more intense, and dialogue comes through clearly. Sometime the commercials can be louder that the programing, but you can adjust settings to minimize that.
While the system delivers excellent sound, the wired rear speakers can be inconvenient. They limit placement options and require extra effort to keep things out of sight. A wireless version would make the setup perfect, allowing for a cleaner and more flexible arrangement. You do need a wall with outlets, or an outlet behind your couch for the rear power supply.
The remote is simple and easy to use. The sub has an indicator light to show output your are using, you can also use the BRAVIA connect app to control the volume and all sound options as well.
If you're looking for an easy setup and immersive sound, the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 is a solid choice. The wired rear speakers and subwoofer are a bit of a downside if you don’t have the proper set up, but the audio and deep bass more than make up for it.
It's fantastic to hear how smooth and straightforward the setup of your Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 was using the BRAVIA Connect app!
We're thrilled you're experiencing the deep bass, clear dialogue, and immersive surround sound. The convenience of the simple remote and the app for control is a big plus. We appreciate your notes on the HDMI connection through the subwoofer and the wired rear speakers—that's valuable feedback.
Thank you for your thoughtful recommendation; we're so glad you're loving the excellent audio experience!
Best regards, -Fred

This particular 5.1-channel configuration of the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 has altered the way in which I take pleasure in watching movies and other forms of entertainment at home. A move to this configuration is like discovering what I've been missing all these years because I've been utilizing TV speakers for a much longer period of time than I should have. Instantaneously, I was ecstatic to see that this kit appeared to be completely stocked. Everything you require is included in this package, including the primary soundbar, a large subwoofer, and two wireless back speakers that provide you with full surround sound. Setting everything up was a surprisingly simple process, all thanks to the BRAVIA Connect app. Wires that are included with the system are used to connect the rear speakers to the receiver module, which is connected to the speakers by a wireless connection. It is not the case with other systems, which require a significant amount of wiring in order to function. You can enjoy the dependability of wired connections with this blended solution, but you won't have to go through the bother of running cables across your place. In contrast to the majority of drivers, the soundbar is equipped with Sony's X-Balanced drivers, which are formed like rectangles rather than curves. The surface area is increased as a result of this, according to Sony, which allows for a greater flow of air and a greater delivery of power. The distinction is very audible to the ear. When I initially heard about this system, the first thing that jumped out to me was how much larger it sounds in comparison to its relatively small size.
The Theater System 6 is equipped with ten speakers that are capable of producing a power output of one thousand watts. My home room is completely filled with a soundstage that is amazingly expansive. Not only does the bass response of the 200mm subwoofer go down to around 38Hz, but it also adds a remarkable amount of weight to action scenes without being overly boomy. Height virtualization is utilized by this system rather than specific upward-firing drivers yet, the Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support functions without any issues. Using Sony's Vertical Surround Engine, you may get the impression that the music is coming from above and all around you, which is a really convincing approach. When I was watching dramatic movie scenes, including the action scenes I tested out from different movies, the sound was so accurate that I literally had to lower my head during some of the most explosive parts of the episodes. The clarity of the discourse is one of the things that makes it superior. Even during the most chaotic action scenes, the person who is responsible for the center channel speaker ensures that voices remain clear and distinct. When it is necessary, the Voice Mode assists in increasing the volume of speech however, I do not have to use it very frequently because it functions so effectively on its own. By using AI, the Voice Zoom 3.0 feature on Sony BRAVIA TVs that are compatible with it further enhances the clarity of the dialogues, Additionally this system is equipped with a variety of modes that can be utilized in a variety of contexts. The sound produced by the Multi-Stereo mode covers the entire room, making it an excellent choice for background music or gatherings. You may watch television at night without missing any of the excitement by using Night Mode, which reduces the dynamic range.
In addition to being effective in making your life more easier, these are not merely tactics designed to convince you to purchase something. There is a significant difference in the quality of surround sound when real rear speakers are used rather than virtual surround sound. By moving around the room in a fluid manner, the directional audio cues give you the impression that you are there in the middle of the action, which is something that virtual surround can not achieve, Because it makes the experience even more immersive, this spatial awareness is extremely important when it comes to playing video games. The input option is handy despite the fact that it is not very extensive because the subwoofer offers HDMI, optical, and auxiliary inputs. When it comes to streaming music, Bluetooth is an excellent wireless technology, and I have never seen any issues with the connection between the components. Within the BRAVIA Connect app you are able to make lot of adjustments to the volume, bass levels, and sound modes without having to look for the remote control. Without having to deal with a variety of components, this system is an excellent option for anyone who desires to experience true 5.1 surround sound, The outdated "home theater in a box" systems come to mind when I think about this, however this one is more up to date and simpler to put up. Despite the fact that it does not have all of the additional capabilities that Sony's Theater Bar 8 or 9 has, it does offer you the fundamental surround sound experience that the majority of people desire. Because it is primarily wired and focuses on sound quality rather than smart home networking, the system exudes an air of antiquated sophistication. This device does not come with any built-in voice assistants or streaming services.
If you are looking for fantastic sound quality and genuine surround sound at an affordable price, then those extra features are irrelevant because it concentrates on what is most important that the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 is Sound. It provides you with very genuine surround sound that enhances the quality of your entertainment experience, Regardless of whether you are watching the most recent blockbuster, playing games, or having friends over for a movie night, this system provides you with the type of sound upgrade that makes you wonder why you waited so long to purchase nice sound gear. To put it another way, if you are currently using TV speakers or a simple soundbar, the Theater System 6 is a significant upgrade that justifies its price with excellent performance. Its sole objective is to offer a fantastic 5.1 surround sound system it is not attempting to be everything to everyone. That is something that it does really well.

While the sound quality produced by this system is wonderful, there are a number of questionable design choices that make it a difficult product to choose when shopping for a sound bar.
Take a moment and look at the photo Sony provides to illustrate the immersive nature of the virtual surround sound. Does your room match the furniture and furniture layout in this photo? If it does not you might face the same challenges I faced. Let’s walk through those.
Beginning with the soundbar, the first odd design choice is that there are no HDMI connections on the soundbar. Sony has chosen to use a proprietary cable that is hardwired to the rear of the soundbar with a proprietary connector on the end that must be connected to the subwoofer. As the photo indicates the soundbar should be sitting to the left (or right) of your TV stand. I repeat: the HDMI connections don’t connect to the soundbar directly below the TV. It is common to route HDMI connections in-wall behind the TV and straight down to the TV stand below or directly to the soundbar even closer to the TV, easily achieved because the wires fit well between the wall studs. With this product, one would need to route the cables horizontally and out to the subwoofer. This is made more difficult by the proprietary nature of the cable which can not be lengthened. I have not seen any other soundbars on the market that make this choice. Most other soundbars include the HDMI connections directly on the sound bar. Another odd decision is that the subwoofer is the brain of the system. Sony includes a bright white light on the front right of the subwoofer that is used, for example, when adjusting the volume. You don’t look at the soundbar to tell if the volume is adjusting, you look at the subwoofer which illuminates a bright white light. It’s just odd when your brain wants to focus on the TV for these types of visual cues, or the box directly under the TV but instead you have to look to a box on the floor to the left (or right).
The next item in the photo to look to is the box to the left hand side of the couch with the two wires coming out of the box. This is the wireless connection between the rear speakers and the subwoofer. There are technically three wires that come out of this box: One for power, and the two rear speaker connections. The Rear speakers also use a hardwired proprietary connection and ship with a 16-foot non-removable non-extendable cable. For this photo to work in real life somewhere under that couch or rear table there has to be a plug to power the box. Each rear speaker must be routed to wherever that box ends up. My living room does not have power run to the floor underneath the sofa so putting the box in this position in my space is not possible. In all the rooms in my house the power is on the side walls. My living room is an open floor plan with hardwood floors so there is no rear wall to use anyway. While sixteen feet may sound like a lot of room to work with, it runs out pretty quick in my house where the wireless box must be placed along the side wall so it can have power. In my living room I was forced to decide to either skip having a right-rear speaker altogether, or add a side rug to cover the 3 cables now running out the left hand side of the couch. When I saw this thing had a wireless connection for the rear speakers my mind envisioned two wireless rear speakers, not two wired rear speakers connected to a box that is wireless connected to the subwoofer. I’ve grown accustomed to my robot vacuums keeping the living room clean and they can’t handle wires or rugs well so I went with skipping the right-rear speaker. Had Sony chosen to use normal speaker wire to connect these rear speakers I could have easily solved this by routing the wires in-wall and mounting the speakers directly to the side walls, which is clearly the better design choice given the shape of the rear speakers. Recognizing that my living room proved too large to deal with this particular product, I moved the whole setup to a couple of smaller bedrooms. In all cases, the only way that was feasible to hide the wires was to make sure there is a rear wall available and that the rear wall is completely covered by the sofa/couch/loveseat/bed. This eliminates the need to route the rear speaker cables in-wall, which is all but impossible anyway due to the short nature of the cables.
There is a single HDMI connection on the subwoofer. I’m used to soundbars that include two HDMI connections which allow me to connect an external streaming box or a game system directly to the soundbar. That is not possible with this product. Instead, the subwoofer is connected to the eARC port on the TV and devices must be connected directly to the HDMI ports on the TV.
As I mentioned at the start, once you get past the wiring, the system sounds great. It’s easy to adjust settings using the Bravia smartphone app and overall makes for a wonderfully immersive sound experience. I just hate that it won’t work in my living room.
Hi vortex0007, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding the HT-S60 sound system. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you encountered with the design and setup of the product. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the sound quality of the HT-S60. However, we understand that the unique design choices, such as the proprietary connections and the placement of the subwoofer, may not accommodate all living spaces. Your comments regarding the HDMI connectivity and wire management have been noted. We understand how important it is for our products to fit seamlessly into various home environments and we regret that the HT-S60 fell short in your living room.
Thank you once again for your feedback and for being a valued member of the Sony community. Sincerely, Estefany

Sony Brings the Thunder

I must say that the Sony Bravia Theater 6 home theater system is surprisingly powerful. The system is a traditional soundbar with truly dedicated rear speakers. Yet the entire system is controlled from the subwoofer, not the soundbar. The system advertises Dolby Atmos and DTS-X, but there are no true up-firing speakers. The Dolby Atmos and DTS-X effects are present but are not as impressive as if there was truly a dedicated up-firing speaker. There is obvious power and bass at higher volumes, but, at the same time, I could turn down the bass and easily hear content at night in lower volumes. There is also no screen or touch controls, the remote control manages the basics, but most settings are controlled from the “BRAVIA Connect” Sony application on your Android or Apple phone. Still, movies and games sound amazing. Overall, I am impressed. For more about my experience, please read on.
Setup: The bulkiest part of this entire setup is the subwoofer. Because the subwoofer and soundbar are connected, you will need the subwoofer close to the TV. The speaker connection on the soundbar is proprietary and has an almost unique Molex connector connecting to the sub. The subwoofer is where you will connect your HDMI or Optical cable. I connected the system via HDMI eARC to take full advantage of Dolby Atmos and DTS-X content. Unfortunately, there is only one HDMI port on the subwoofer.
The rear speakers connect to a hub that synchronizes wirelessly to the Subwoofer. The rear speakers themselves have built-in cables. I wish Sony had not used built-in cables because if the cable breaks or is accidentally cut, replacing the cable would be more difficult than a simple swap.
Sony impressed me by including optional attachable feet for the center soundbar. Those feet helped the soundbar grip the glass of my entertainment center and kept the speaker from rubbing against the TV stand.
Sony includes mounting guides if you should choose to mount the speakers.
Experience: Sound experience was impressive. You can really shake the walls with this little system. It is not hurting for volume. In home cinema setups or bedrooms, the volume is great, and the sound is rich. Atmos and DTS-X height effects were a bit lacking in my testing. I noticed them, but I never got the height effect I do with truly dedicated Atmos speakers. Transitions to rear effects were great and the rear speakers sounded good without any popping or hissing due to the wireless connection.
The user experience is a bit hampered by the need to use the Sony Bravia Connect application. Do not get me wrong, I had no trouble getting the system set up. At the time of my testing, there was no firmware update for the system, and everything paired quickly. But, if you want to make any changes to the sound field, you will need the application. If you want to know in advance if the sound field or night mode is enabled, you will need the application to see. You can turn some features on or off from the remote, but because you only have a small LED dot on the subwoofer to know if a button was pressed or not, it can be a bit difficult to tell what features are on or off at any given time.
I had a terrible time at first with video sources from the same input having horrible variances in volume. Adds on my Fire TV would be super loud while content on HBO Max or Disney+ would be super quiet. There is an auto adjustment to keep volume levels more even, but you must hunt for that feature in the Bravia Connect application.
Also, while Sound field and Voice modes stay toggled on when you turn the system off and then back on, the Night Mode is always off upon turning the system back on. You have to reenable Night Mode if you want to use it. If a user has the system in a bedroom and would prefer the Night Mode to always be on by default, then the user is simply out of luck and must toggle the setting on each time they turn on the TV.
Trying to adjust BASS or Volume settings within the Bravia Connect application was always frustrating and the response was always delayed.
Conclusion: Still, once the system is where you want it, it sounds good. Bass is powerful without overpowering the center channel. The sound transfer from front to rear speakers was flawless. I feel like the Atmos and DTS-X experience are a bit lacking, the Bravia Connect application is clunky and not terribly user friendly, and I wish many of the cables were not hard wired to their respective speakers, but I still love this system. If there had been true up-firing speakers along with less reliance on the Bravia Connect app, the system would be perfect. 4/5 Recommended

Room filling sound. Super easy setup. Paired with my Hisense U7, I get a 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos enabled speaker arrangement. The Bravia connect app gives me separate controls for sound level, subwoofer and rear speakers.
The only drawback is the wired connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer.
Thank you for your review, JerryS! We are so pleased to hear that you are enjoying the room-filling sound and super easy setup of your HTS60.
It's fantastic to know that you were able to pair it with your Hisense U7 and that you're getting a 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos arrangement. We designed the Bravia Connect app to give you precise control over your sound, so it's rewarding to know you're utilizing the separate controls for your subwoofer and rear speakers to perfect your audio experience.
We understand your concern regarding the wired connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to pass it along to our product development team for future considerations.
Thank you for choosing Sony for your home audio needs. We hope you continue to have an incredible listening experience!

Thumping Sound, Great Integration With Sony TVs

The Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 is a fantastic sounding home theater, with a thumping subwoofer, crisp soundbar and large rear surrounds. The system also has some great integrations with newer Sony TVs. I happen to have a Sony A80J, so you’ll be getting my thoughts on how the system performs, how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with a Sony TV in this short review.
Installation/Setup:
My setup was fairly easy. I placed the soundbar in front of my TV, the subwoofer to the right of it, and the rear surrounds on 2 tables I have on either ends of my reclining couch. The wireless amp is on the sofa table behind the couch. Wiring is easy, everything is labeled, and since you’ll be forced to use the app to set it up, your system will run through a sound calibration as well.
The app is well-designed and will guide you through any questions about the installation you might have. My only complaint is that the HDMI cord that comes with it is rather short. I had to get myself a 9ft cable for it to comfortable reach my TV from the subwoofer.
Sound:
This system sounds absolutely great. The subwoofer is pretty large and thumps hard, but I heard no distortion, even during intense bass filled movie scenes. The soundbar itself sounds crispy and well-defined when handling voice and music. The rear surrounds are also fantastic, as they are quite large and deliver plenty of surround sound to envelop you in the action.
Sony TV Integrations and Features:
This is where the system really shines. When connected to my Sony A80J, I got a custom menu that let me adjust Sound Field, Voice Mode and Night Mode. You can also adjust the volume levels of the surround speakers and subwoofer. This is all from your existing Sony TV remote. I haven’t even touched the remote that came with the unit yet, because you don’t need it if you have a compatible Sony TV.
Sound Field lets you adjust the simulated surround sound for the program you are watching. This is nice sometimes, while other times it seems to muddy up the sound.
Voice Mode is great for really bringing out people’s voices via the center channel. It definitely helps in content where the voices are hard to hear.
Night Mode tones down all the louder sounds so that you can listen to content at night without waking everyone up.
The only issue I have with this system is that even though there is a smartphone app that connects via Bluetooth to stream from your phone or other device, it does not support updating firmware via the app.
Yup, you heard that right, you can’t update the firmware from the app and since the system isn’t connecting directly to the internet as it has no way to, you’re not downloading new firmware that way either. Needless to say, I was prompted to update the firmware shortly after setting up the system and I had to dig up a USB thumb drive and download a file to put on it via my Windows PC. I then had to stick the drive into the back of the subwoofer and reboot it to get it updated.
Other than the retro way of updating firmware, the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 is a great soundbar home theater system that I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple sound system that gets the job done. I’d especially recommend it to anyone that already has a Sony TV, as the integrations with it is my favorite feature.

Purchased this as we have a Sony TV and wanted a simple set-up.
Set up was very easy and connected quickly to TV.
Sound is great, just what we were looking for. Huge improvement over standard TV speakers.
We like the size of the bar, sub and rear speakers. They're not so large so as to overwhelm our family room.
Also the app is easy to install and easy to use!
We're thrilled to hear that the BRAVIA Theater System 6 was a perfect fit for your family room and that you found the setup with your Sony TV to be quick and easy! It's fantastic that you are enjoying the great sound and significant improvement over your standard TV speakers, all within a sleek, space-saving design.
Thanks for choosing Sony.

System seems simple to set up though the app (although the Best Buy guys did it for me when the TV and sound system were delivered). I live in a condo so I haven't really blasted the sound but it seems quite good, to a non-audiophile. I like the "Night Mode" and adjustable base so as not to disturb my neighbors. One drawback is the rear speakers. While the rear speakers are bluetooth, they do need to be wired to a small module (which needs power). That limits where you can place the speakers. I wish the subwoofer was smaller (but maybe the large size helps provide better sound). Overall system seems to work well with a Sony Bravia TV.
Hi Lawguymn! It brings us great satisfaction to hear your initial impressions of the HT-S60! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
We designed the HT-S60 with user-friendly connectivity in mind, aiming for a seamless integration into your home entertainment. We're also glad to hear that, even at a lower volume, the sound quality is making a positive impression.
We also appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the rear speakers and subwoofer. We understand that speaker placement and size can be important considerations, especially in a condo setting. Your comments help us immensely as we continuously strive to refine our products.

A higher end standard home theater system. Sure you could have a professional system professionally installed and pay the professional prices or if you are a normal person in today’s world this system
Will do just fine. The sound is deep and clear. The controls are easy (when using the app). The remote is a little elementary especially when paired with the LED indicators. Set up is as easy as they come. It’s a quality reputable brand that knows what it’s doing.
We're so glad to hear you're enjoying your new BRAVIA Theater System 6! It's fantastic to know you're impressed with the deep and clear sound and that the setup was so easy. We appreciate your feedback on the remote and LED indicators, as it's valuable for our design team. Thanks for choosing Sony.

The speakers are really nice. They fill the room with sound whether from the TV or using bluetooth from a phone or tablet. My only gripe is the way they change the volume behavior when paired with my Sony X90K tv. Without the speakers the volume goes up one number with one press of the button. With the speakers the volume is inconsistent so one push of the button may increase/decrease the volume by a little or a whole lot.
Thank you for your detailed feedback on the BRAVIA Theater System 6!
We are honored to hear that the speakers are providing excellent room-filling sound for both your TV and Bluetooth streaming. That is precisely what we aim to deliver with our Theater System 6.
We sincerely appreciate you bringing the volume synchronization behavior with your Sony X90K TV to our attention. We understand how important consistent volume control is, and we will certainly share your feedback regarding the volume step inconsistency with our engineering team for future updates.

This thing is amazing. My vizio sound bar with the same set up started malfunctioning after several years and it was time to replace it. It took me a week of agonizing about whether to go with another Vizio (as I was satisfied with how long it lasted and the sound), or spend more money for the Sony Bravia. Boy was I glad I did...night and day difference between what I thought was a good product in the Vizio. The sound quality - home theater type of sound is truly amazing and I am soooo glad I bit the bullet and spent the extra money on this system. Watching college and pro football, movies, and our favorite series on our streaming services is so AWESOME now.
Thank you very much for your detailed and enthusiastic 5-star review of the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6!
It's a true pleasure to hear that you are experiencing a "night and day difference" in sound quality and that you are so glad you decided to upgrade to our system. Creating that truly amazing, home theater type of sound for football games, movies, and streaming is exactly what we strive for. We are delighted that you are enjoying your new cinematic audio experience!

The Bravia theater 6 is considerably loud with a ton of bass! With the rear speakers mounted in the optimal spot, the surround effect is pretty accurate and sometimes I forget it's just a soundbar and not a full A/V receiver system. The rear speakers are wired to a receiver box. Then that box is wireless from the subwoofer. So no running cables across room, but there are still those wires to hide! The remote is on the simple side and the unit has no display. So you have to use the app. I wish there was a bit more control over the parameters. If you want a simple system that sounds really good then this will do it!

Set up was very easy, interface between phone and system was great. Sounds amazing in my small living room especially for the price. Only negative I have is it doesn't automatically switch between Dolby and what Sony calls "vertical surround engine". So watching things without Dolby like Netflix previews in the menu and others you have to manually switch it in the app.
Thank you for sharing your positive feedback on the BRAVIA Theater System 6 setup, sound quality, and app interface! We're glad it sounds amazing in your living room. We appreciate you pointing out the manual switching required for non-Dolby content like Netflix previews. Love this setup which was a great match for my Sony TV. Front and rear surround both sounds great and via the app makes setting up and adjusting speaker volume easy. Just be aware that the rear speakers well wireless, still need to be plugged into the powered module which acts as a receiver to the subwoofer.
Thank you for your feedback on the HTS60! We couldn't be happier to hear that this setup was a great match for your Sony TV and that you're enjoying the surround sound. Great system for the price. Sold together & that’s a bonus. However the speakers are not wireless. But good sound
We are so pleased to hear that you find the HT-S60 BRAVIA Theater System 6 to be a great system for the price and that you are enjoying the good sound quality. Delivering an immersive audio experience with clear dialogue and powerful bass at a compelling value is exactly what we aim for with this system.
We also appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the speaker connections. You are absolutely correct that the main soundbar and the two rear speakers are wired to their respective components. While the system itself uses a wireless connection between the subwoofer and the rear speaker amp, we understand that true, cable-free speakers are a preference for many users, and we will certainly pass this insight on to our development team.
Thank you again for choosing Sony and for sharing your honest experience.

I was skeptical about this system and I saw that there was only one review about it and it said it was a great system, so i went back to bestbug since i had been there earlier but left because got overwhelmed by some of their staff directing me to a true wired system that would cost me about 2k anyways so i went to check it out and the sony guy that was there didn't recommend me the system and was also trying to sell me a higher price system but i told him no that i wanted to stay in my budget so i bought it, hooked up and i was amazed on how much bass this system has and the sound is clear and loud and it can get louder by changing a setting through their app. I love the system and im very pleased, this is my first Sony product I have ever purchased im a LG fan but LG didn't have a system that sounded this good within my budget. I definitely recommend this system.

This is a great sound system. If you want that theater sound at home definitely get this. My only gripe would be that you're limited on where you can put your subwoofer, but theaters place their subwoofers by the screen anyways so it ends up working out really well.
My biggest recommendation would be to download the Sony App that it tells your to download so you can adjust it's settings to fit your needs. Setting the volume to 45 is the perfect balance. It sounds super loud even at that volume. For fun I brought it to 70 to see how it would handle it, it handles it very well but I would have to say keep it below that so you don't ruin anything. Just because you can turn it up to 100, doesn't mean that you should.
We’re thrilled to hear that the HT-S60 is bringing that theater experience into your home! It’s great that you’ve already found the "sweet spot" for your volume settings and placement.
We also appreciate you recommending the Sony app; it really is the best way to fine-tune the system to the room. Thanks for the smart advice on volume levels and for choosing Sony!

Amazing sound quality, surround sound, and subwoofer! Best (and most expensive) sound system I own. I love the voice recognition system too, picks out people’s voices to make them louder and more clear when watching movies, tv, and gaming
It is fantastic to know that the BRAVIA Theater System 6 is delivering the amazing surround sound and subwoofer performance you were looking for. We are especially glad you're enjoying the Voice Zoom technology; it's designed specifically to ensure dialogue stays crisp and clear across all your favorite movies and games.
Thank you for trusting Sony.

Sound system is very nice. Gives the cinematic experience we expected. Only downside is that the wired cable wasn't long enough the way our living room is set up. Other than that, we enjoy it!
We are excited to hear that our HT-S60 sound system has provided you with the cinematic experience you were expecting. We designed this system with 10 total speakers, including a subwoofer and rear speakers, along with Dolby Atmos, to deliver the powerful and immersive surround sound you'd find in a movie theater right in your home.
We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the length of the wired cables. This is something we take seriously, and we will be sure to share your comments with our product development team for consideration in future models. We're sorry to hear this created a challenge with your living room setup.
Thanks again for choosing Sony and for being a part of our community. We hope you continue to enjoy your entertainment!
