I tried to reset it but it did not respond. Is there a solution? I only purchased the unit 3 weeks ago, and this was the first time to charge it.

The build quality is sub-par at best, materials are cheap as well. Shame, I was hoping more from Sony. Back in the day, pretty much anything with the Sony name was quality. No so anymore.

When listening to music or YouTube there are constant “stutters” where the sound cuts in & out. I thought maybe it was my device so I tried it on a different one... same problem! Wireless earbuds

The speaker is in the neck band so anytime you move the person you are talking to hearts it. It is even hard to be heard while standing still. It only got one star because it won't allow you to proceed if you don't select it

Overrides vehicle bluetooth and garbled

These headphones override my car bluetooth all the time which is very irritating and people say I sound underwater. Never had either complaint with my previous Skullcandy headphones and I regret this purchase.
